I'm a 66 year old woman just getting n2 my power tools. I have various power saws, impact driver, (changed my life) etc. I've convinced myself that I need a brad nailer, (and stapler, but that will come later.) I have mostly Ryobi stuff. Thx 4 the review, and as always, "you the man."

I recently picked up the older P320 ($99) for a project, and it worked perfectly well for me. Tried the bump mode to just test it, but I haven’t used it in an actual project. For the price and performance, Ryobi nailed it down perfectly. Hopefully the new nailers will still be affordable.

I’m one of those guys who started off with one Ryobi and now have virtually the whole range. My only issue thus far is with the narrow stapler. If I haven’t used it for a few days then I find that it makes the right noises, but doesn’t fire the staple. After dismantling, couple of squirts of WD40 and wiggling the piston it works again, and does so for the rest of the day. However, leave it for a few days and I have to repeat the process.

I have the bread nailer, and I haven’t really used it on a project yet, but I have tested it out. I am planning to do my own review video of it this Friday. I am also planning to get the stapler one day when I have the money. I already have several projects in mind for it.

I’m a first time homeowner and diyer and RYOBI is the only brand in my arsenal. It’s perfect for home projects. People that work daily on job sites might need more higher performance but I’ve never had a complaint with my tools. The batteries last very long too.

You look cool holding those things. I love all tools, especially if they work and are a good value. I do have the Ryobi 18 gauge nailer and it hasn't let me down. When I bought it, it was less than $200. And lumber suppliers do suck.

Yes I want a Ryobi Framing Nailer. I am done purchasing air tools. If I can get the same job done without an air hose I'm doing it. These new cordless 18v tools are it. They're strong and they last a long time. The days of the lame old cordless are gone. I'm going cordless, and my platform is Ryobi.

Been using Ryobi tools since they started. At the time they were much cheaper and yet I've only had ONE of their tools break and it was a rotozip type and it was drywall dust. I've dropped the drill off a 12' ladder and have it bounce and yet keeps working.

been considering all of the ryobi nailers and staplers for a few years now. i really enjoyed your review and yes i am considering a finish nailer also. i would use the brad nailer for cabinet drawers. the crown stapler for cheaply adding fiberglass insulation inside my garage . trying to keep costs down cant afford a new one..... yes lumber is crazy ...... the finish nailer is a big question right now was going to insulate my basement as well . ran into a snag .... lack of money and time. just FYI.... i live in Chicago IL gets cold up here fast. also i owned a lot of ryobi lawn gear it got stolen ...... bought new stuff and locking them up now. i like your honest reviews thanks

I'm on my second p360 crown stapler. Both jamb constantly. The staples don't jamb, the striker does. I have to disassemble, free up the pin, and reassemble. Then I get 3 or 4 shots and the same problem occurs. I've tried oiling it, but nothing seems to work. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from the Ryobi line of cordless nailers.

I bought the Brad nailer... twice. I love it when it works, but struggle getting it "started". Unless I have a big battery FRESH off the charger, it won't fire. Seems like once it warms up a little it's fine? I returned the first one because I thought it was faulty. Second one does the same thing. Can't seem to use a 2amp battery at all.

I bought a Milwaukee stapler that failed after one week usage. The compressed nitrogen tank leaked I guess. Ryobi doesn't have this: The design is simpler, the tool is a little lighter, the weight balance is better, and it seems to work just fine. The dreaded "ramp-up time" is not an issue at all. Of course there is a lot of plastic here, so don't drop it!

The older Ryobi brad nailer definitely has a depth adjustment knob, so that's not an upgrade.
Also, I can't believe the removed the bump fire mode on the nailer. The old one has that. I was holding off on buying it because I assumed the new one would be a straight upgrade, but if they're removing features then maybe I should just get it now while I can.

Can't go wrong with Milwaukee Izak. They are my favorite nailers to date and love them . I did a review on the m12 Stapler. It's fantastic 👏

Is there a real big difference between p320 vs p321 looks pretty close same. Which one you recommend

Main difference I see is the size of tip/head. New one is much smaller by 40%. Whole tool is a little smaller, too. New one has LED light and better depth adjustment knob, too. P321 should be out any day now, so hopefully P320 will get marked down to clear it out. My local HD still has 15 in-store. I'd rather have the P321, but if they price the P320 at $80, I'll have a hard time justifying $50 more for the P321. It's supposedly going to be priced at $129, same as P320 is rn.

@@Ty-ye8rd The P326 finish nailer was just released finally. It was in the same product announcement as the P321, so hopefully very soon. Although, if they're waiting for stock levels of the P320 to run low, it'll be a very long time, I think. There are still about 100 in stock at stores within a 45 minute drive of me. :(

I’m sorry but The Ryobi brad gun I just bought that is “ 12 percent bigger” is most likely going to outlast this newer one. We were lucky to get such a good product from Ryobi like the older brad gun.
