How do you guys measure out for the concrete columns to align with the frames? We get measurements from the factory, but still are off when the home actually arrives.
I'm not sure the details of your situation, but we build our gravel pad, then run string lines down the concrete pier rows, making sure they are square with the pad and each other. Making sure you're square is probably the biggest thing. We also pour our piers ~24" wide to allow for some wiggle room with home and block placement. We'll have to do a video in more detail on this!
