My husband and I just bought a house down there pre-construction. We found Trevor and Michelle on youtube, loved them and after one phone call with Trevor (he was so helpful and smart on that call-we knew we found our agent!) we scheduled a trip down there. In only ONE DAY of home and neighborhood visits, Trevor showed us our perfect fit home. We have lived all over and bought and sold plenty of homes but we never met a real estate agent who could figure out exactly what we wanted as fast as Trevor. Good luck to you, and I hope you are able to retire down there-time flies fast. It feels like the pandemic only first started a short time ago.

We’ve been exactly where you were as with anyone looking for a home and the response we got from people here when we were in SC was absolutely scary. We didn’t like being thrown off on someone else or just plain out getting ignored or put off until they had “time” to respond. When we moved to Florida we promised we’d be the real estate people who truly cared and we’d hope that each person felt the we truly cared and it wasn’t just a job. Trevor is definitely the friendliest person I’ve ever met, the reason I snagged him up fast! Lol we are so happy for you and EXTREMELY happy you enjoyed your time finding the perfect spot in paradise!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️😎☀️🌴
I've been here two years (from NY originally) and I still can't get over the turquoise blue water. I just never tire of seeing it. Great job with the video!
Love these videos! I can live vicariously through you two and pretend I'm right there. They also help my husband see what life could be like. We're paying off our house up here (WI) next month and he's actually getting more involved in finishing up a few projects & purging so we're ready to go when the time comes. 🤞Hopefully, next spring is what we're aiming for! Great video guys. Really captures the beauty of our local beaches. I need to learn how to make a day of relaxing in paradise. I tend to be pretty hyper and over-plan my free time. Your videos inspire me to slow down and appreciate what is around me. Great job.
Thanks so much! We enjoyed making it. With our busy schedules running from morning ‘till night it’s been great to relax and finally appreciate what we have around us. Sometimes it’s okay to be still and absorb the happiness we have in front of us. All you need is a blanket, an umbrella and time to breathe. 😎❤️✌🏼🌴you got this!!

I remember talking to you, Trevor about Nicaragua around a year ago. Did you ever check it out or was my description of living there enough to make you think that living in FL is paradise? I am so glad you loved the sounds of the waves crashing. My jaw literally dropped when I uploaded that footage and found that the waves crashing were so crisp! I just had to share. You will be here soon and we decided Nicaragua was a no go. Maybe a visit one day but not anytime soon! Lol Florida is definitely beautiful. Hopefully we’ll get to see you soon!!!! Is basically the same stretch of beach, I just like going in at blind pass. The character of the beach itself is the same. HOWEVER, we do find more sharks teeth at Blind Pass which is odd.
Too Bad Buying Home insurance has become a major factor in deciding to relocate to Florida now. Who can afford to spend 5-8K a year on that alone? Or am I misinformed?
Stay out of flood zones and buy a new or newer home. We pay $1000ish a year. Our last home that we sold last year was old as dirt and partially in a flood zone and was much much higher.

Blind pass is our favorite and one of the best keep secrets of Venice area. This will convince anyone to move to Venice. Great video
