    Namaste seems that i was born pitta but now I am vata, I cooled down a lot hardly get angry anymore 😊 but some pitta qualities are still there, so could I consider myself a pitta vata? Please could you explain what kind of diet should I follow, thank you so much for videos, is very interesting to have Dr. speaking...

    Thanks Stu for this most informative video. I have a question though, I wonder why Sharath and Saraswati don't recommend for ashtangis to get a massage, and prefer using the practice as the best therapy (Source : Nadhi sodhana by Petri Raisanen, Wogawords, 2017, pp153, 155), thanks foryour feedback.
