      I was born and raised here. In my opinion its among the most beautifil places on Earth, and I will probably live here my whole life.

    What kind of brush is it you're using at first on the scroll?

    What is the length of the bar you used for each piece?

      I don't know what the original length of 1/4" square used, but after forged down to 3/16" it took about 6 inches for the brooch part (I think thats what I'll starr calling the looped part) and about 4 inches of 1/8" round for the pin.
      That said you can adjust the length used to make the brooch and pin whatever size you want.
