This mod won first place, and yet you can't even get married to anyone in it. Some would call that an interesting observation, others would say it's an obvious sign of the corruption that runs deep within the organization of these so called "outer wilds mod jams". You can tell this reviewer is restraining himself not to mention the obvious lack of wife material throughout the whole "mod", just goes to show he's but a puppet whose strings are being firmly pulled by our great modding overlords. @@Lumine0409 You did great! I wonder how much you guys have done in the 10 months. I am getting into coding and I'm doing a multi-year course in coding, as Outer Wilds is my favourite game I hop to make a mod in the future. (Please don't mind if I take a lot of inspiration from this.) ::)
@@23falloutgodofwar Thank you ! Tbh, I didn't do to much on the mod, I did probably 5/6 drawings for UI but that's it, and because I am living a difficult part of my life rn, I didn't do much in 10 months.
I haven't played this yet, but I get the feeling you were supposed to use the bonfires as respawn points by "dozing off" at them. Like a nod to Dark Souls and also because the bonfire is where you respawn in the base game as well.
Great mod! Surprisingly I didn’t struggle with the lava but the snow platforming made me quit. The only thing I didn’t like was how they all ended on pretty negative notes. It’s great to be humble, but the whole final five minutes is just them putting themselves down. It’s a bit of a bummer. I’m also upset I didn’t get Ernesto
I had a few close calls with the snow platforming, I think the main difference for me was just that if you mess up in the snow you can try again whereas with the lava you just die and have to restart. Totally agree on the mod endings, I think they would have all been better off just revealing whatever the final piece of the mod was and then rolling the credits
i tried to play it but couldnt continue as the raft was not present after the elevator portion :( do many mods fail to run properly if i have not bought the official DLC?
That's unfortunate, yeah I think that most mods do end up requiring the DLC. What I'll try to do for the next New Horizons update is have it display a warning message if you have a mod on that requires DLC content so at least you'll know in advance before wandering around, thanks for pointing this out! Also, though it might not be as scenic looking, I think you could probably make it through that section just by swimming around.
do you know if the microsoft store version of outer wilds is compatible with mods? I desperatley want to mod my outer wilds but I don't know how, if I even can.

Not only did I write "it is DLC" in the spoiler warning, I also said groove instead of grove within the first 5 minutes. I will now delete the video

Hearth's Neighbor: has LAVA CORE
Outer Wives: does not have LAVA CORE
It's really quite shrimple.
what

EndgameZero just throwing the damn lick in the lava core music, like a nice surprise bite of gorgonzola on your pizza
Its funny how the mod jam themes perfectly describe the Echoes of the eye dlc "Bigger on the inside" "Hidden in plain sight"
Mobius digital games are the true winners of the jam
I hope that the mod will get better, because we're continuing the mod and polishing everything we can
I'm looking forward to it!
