Kaleji Masala Recipe ( Mutton Liver Recipe)/Bakra Eid Special

- As Eid is near, many readers have requested me to share the recipe of Liver - Kaleji. So here is an easy n yummy version of cooking it.

Ingredients:
mutton liver +2 kidney i have taken-500g
1 1/2 medium size onion fine chopped or make a coarse paste
2 medium size tomato paste
4 tbsp yogurt(well beaten)
1+1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 inch ginger Julian
4 green chilies
4 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 green cardamon
1 black cardamom
6 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
