    Bakra Eid Special Kaleji Masala is a flavorful dish made from mutton liver (kaleji) and a blend of aromatic spices. It’s a popular delicacy during Eid ul Adha celebrations. Here is the process to prepare it:
    𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗷𝗶 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿/𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗷𝗶:
    Mutton liver : 1 kg
    Now pour water in Mutton liver
    White vinegar : 1/4 cup
    Now rest it for 30 minutes
    𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
    Oil : 1/3 cup
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
    Onion paste : 2 medium size onion
    Now cook it for 5 to 6 minutes
    Chopped tomato : 3 large size
    Coriander powder : 1/2 tbsp
    Cumin powder : 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
    Red chili crushed : 1 tsp
    Tandoori masala : 1 tsp
    Red chili powder : 1 tsp
    Yogurt : 1 cup
    Flame : low
    Salt : 1 tbsp
    Now cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame
    Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
    Fresh chili chopped : 2 to 3
    Chopped fresh coriander
