Then a few days later, she was watching me play with my two older sisters and noticed that they would bring me anything I pointed at! It clicked. I wasn’t walking because I didn’t need to! So she had to tell my sisters to stop getting me everything and that I needed to get things for myself. And then I started walking!

Another 24 year old here! No kids! Just 2 cats and a loving husband, but this show earned a special place in my heart. The humor is witty, the characters are charming, and there’s so many touching moments. Plus the soundtrack 👌it will stay on my playlist.
I’m 35 with no kids. Just a nerdy husband and an aquarium full of fish. This show has a special place in my heart as well. Sleepytime episode gets me every time.
I am 33 with no kids. I love Bluey and even have a blue heeler. My nieces and nephews showed the show to me and now we talk Bluey a lot. I haven't finished season 3.
The meaning of the baloon popping in "The Show" may imply a miscarriage, but there's also the possibility that Chilli had problems during her pregnancy with Bluey. Either way, I loved that little subtle implication. That's something I love so much about "Bluey". It is not just a show for pre-schoolers, but also to the grown-ups, to help both deal with their own problems and give them valuable lessons.
Bluey says the baby is her, so I don't think the story is indicating a miscarriage. It doesn't fit with the way the show uses subtly. Maybe it was a concern since Bluey was the first child.
My toddler started watching this show a few months ago, I mostly had it on in the background for him and didn't pay much attention to it, until the episode "Sleepytime", oh my gosh, that was a beautiful episode with very minimal dialogue but extremely effective. Now I've been known to sit and watch an episode or three with him when it's on.
Just wait until you find yourself watching it when your child isn’t around 🤣 sleepytime is the best, though. Rain in season 3 had that same minimal dialogue/musical aspects going on, check it out.
I love that Bluey presents adults as real people. Sure, they put on a friendly persona around their kids like any parent does, but they've still got grown-up lives and thoughts.
Yes I LOVE the sheep dog episode where Chili just wants 20 minutes to herself (and bandit is desperately trying to keep the girls busy so she can have that) it’s just so real. We love our kids but sometimes you need to just be you.
Yes, I love that!! Most kids shows the parents are just that kid's parent and aren't an actual character with personality and interests. Not in Bluey, even Blue's friends parents are more fleshed out than any adult in Peppa Pig.
I live how they aren't dumbed down. Sure, they get silly, but they're adults and partners in their marriage who love and respect each other. You don't see that anymore.
I had infertility, a miscarriage, and then my oldest was a preemie, an early baby. Bluey is the only kids show tackling these topics. It helped my daughter understand her early baby beginnings.
Have you seen the episode "Onesies" yet?? If not, have the Kleenex ready when you do! I struggled with infertility for years before my little one came along, and that episode made me sob!
I adored the "early baby" part just because it so perfectly shows how a child Indy's age would understand what's going on. She knows her sister came early, but thinks that means coming in the morning instead of the afternoon. The fish tank, the reading light, the mom wanting to stay, this is stuff she saw and is trying to understand. I love when they have the kids play imagination games as a way of processing things they're experiencing. The show is so good at capturing how children see and understand the strange world they're learning about.
My favorite is when Stripe and Trixie have a conversation in the back during Faceytalk. There was a problem in their relationship, but they were able to talk it out and work together. Which is amazing. And also Bandit’s respect of their privacy is the icing on the cake
I'm getting to know Bluey quite well through my toddler niece. It is her FAVOURITE show, and I have a kind of guilty pleasure in sitting to watch it with her. It's so beautifully written and performed, and it makes me laugh out loud and genuinely cry. I'm really glad it's getting the international attention it deserves. This is Australian culture at its very best, and I don't have the words to express the national pride I feel about an Australian children's show portraying such universal experiences in such a sensitive, yet realistic way.
If any other country around the world wants to know what Australian culture is, Bluey is exactly it. I'm so glad it went global. Let us all teach other cultures how humans should behave.
I'm surprised that the infertility episode was passed over for the theory that Chili had a miscarriage. Seeing her estranged sister return and having Chili delicately try to explain why Brandy was so sad and distant for so long as she's playing with Bingo moment before helplessly reaching out to Bingo as she runs off before rolling over and staring up at the clouds was a real gut punch. (Just wanna clarify that there's nothing wrong with broaching either topic, but it was just weird seeing a fan theory make it into the countdown rather than a confirm episode topic.)
There’s another Ms. Mojo about heavy topics. This one is more about things kids wouldn’t catch. The heavy topics countdown include early baby and the infertility, I believe.
I might guess it’s as someone else has said, that episode is still really new, and may not have been known about stateside when they were creating this list. I can’t wait for Series 3 to release on DVD, we’ve enjoyed having seasons 1 and 2 with the episodes that got censored or removed from streaming.
I laughed hard at “drunk” Chili and Trish in “Stumpfest” and “hangover” Bandit and Chili in “Whale Watching”. Chili eating junk food on the couch with such euphoria (relatable) while telling the girl not to do it is a mood.😅
Those are some of my favorite moments. Trix and chili acting so tipsy as the episode went on made me laugh so hard cause it’s definitely gonna be a kids will think they’re just being silly but the adults will laugh for obviously different reasons moment. Also in whale watching I love how chili tells bingo and bluey, chips and sour cream plus soda are very bad for them yet she stuffs her face like no tomorrow so funny 😂
I love this show. My son will just binge watch it and I have no problem watching it with him. Unlike so many kids shows, the parents feel real in this one. It shows the struggles parents go through, both physically and mentally. I never thought I would relate so much to animated dogs.
This show is better than any Cocomelon stuff kids are watching nowadays. I’m so glad this show is getting recognition, I’ve been watching it since June 2021.
@@nothdmoon Oh sorry to tell you, but those stupid animation videos have been going on for a while now. If you don’t believe me, search “hefty Jay” but please watch at your own risk.
My favorite moment is when bandit comes home and Chili says I just need 20 minutes! So nice for show to show that moms are people too who sometimes need some time to theirselfs. Also love that bandit understood and supported her. Then Wendy stepped in and helped also
My favorite part in "Whale Watching" is actually when Bingo is mentioning her cousin's report of what she saw when she was woken up by the party, specifically Stripe cannonballing into the pool and Chili dancing on the table.
My daughter loves Bluey, she watches it over and over again. And I'm glad she has the "wisdom" to choose this series since I also like the way the creator and writer gives everyday problems with realistic approach of problem solving yet still has moral values.
Cocos mom saying “you’re doing great” makes me cry every time. I’m a single mom and while my parents help me with my child, they are not supportive and are constantly telling me everything I do wrong instead of being encouraging of being a mom in my own way.
12:03 made me burst into tears. I had my first baby across the country from my friends and family. (We're in the military) I had no support system with me, and had a very traumatic c section. I felt this so hard..... I'm trying my best to be a good mom.
The mom guilt episode helped me understand my own mom more better and I'm glad. I should tell her. When I was in Kindergarten, I was struggling with following basic directions and mom got upset. For years I thought she was mad at me. She said on one day particularly, "What did I do wrong?" I realize now that she meant it. She wasn't mad at me, she was actually worried that she wasn't being a good parent just because I wasn't meeting certain milestones quickly enough.
Its really great how blueys a show relatable for both kids and adults. Id like to see an episode where they have some characters dealing with the after effects of a fire and an episode where they talk about stranger danger.
I’m not a mom and I will probably never become one because of my Autism/Asperger’s but I can still relate to the Baby Race episode. I always compared myself to others my own age, feeling less than exceptional at all of the things my classmates have accomplished compared to me. Seeing them having families, great jobs and me still living at home, never dated and only having a job at Walmart instead of an actual career always made me feel a bit low. However, the fact that I am able to keep a job, drive myself most places and actually finish college has helped me feel that I have accomplished something.
Everyone runs their own race, goes at their own pace and in the end, that makes them the ace. Did not intend to make that rhyme but I'm happy it did. Btw I'm autistic too
My wife and I are in our 50's, never had children, and love this show. We love how the show will address topics that you'd never see in an American cartoon for kids. But it never feels preachy or goes too far. And it doesn't dumb things down "for kids."
When I randomly binged it on Disney+ after hearing all the praise, excitement, and love for it, I found my favorite episode. It was the finale of S1, Verandah Santa. The part with Socks lying under the Christmas stuff outside in the yard, looking sad, and then Bluey coming up to make things right..
Bluey could have been another throw away kids cartoon about talking dogs... but it was so well made, charming, and thoughtful, that it easily became one of my families favorite shows period. I can't how many times this show has brought me to tears. I hope they keep going for years to come. PS: the music in Bluey doesn't get enough mentions. The music is just one more way that the show excels.
i work with kids. there was one episode where blues and bingo were at the park with bandit. all of the kids were trying so hard to do their own things, and kept failing over and over. but they never gave up and bandit narrated the whole thing, saying you can’t just give up on something you want to do. they all eventually met their goals and the smiles on their faces made me tear up. my little kid thought i was silly for it, but it hit home for me.
I'm actually an adult who doesn't have kids yet and this is my favorite comfort cartoon and I occasionally watch it with my mom. I always tear up when it comes to the end of the episode "Granddad" because just like Chilli I want my mom (dad's out of the picture) to take care of herself because I still need her and then at the very end of the episode when Chilli's father goes "It was just yesterday" I break out crying again. Despite not having children yet, Bella's message in "Baby Race" speaks to me as well with other things when I tend to feel like I'm doing everything wrong. It's just nice to hear the words "You're doing great" every now and then to lift my spirits up. 💕
I can't get over just how good this show is, it's so rare to see a show with writing this good, clean animation, easter eggs throughout, relatable characters and so much great adult content!
#1 could have also referred to Chili's sister. The show has pretty much implied in "Onesies" that Chili and Brandy didn't speak for a few years because Brandy was having a rough time being around the girls - Brandy being infertile but desperately wanting kids.
Bluey is a comforting way to teach us young adults about parenting. My parents were absent and neglectful. Idk if I want kids yet but I know I dont want to fall into their habits. I need to commit Chili & Bandit to memory and use their tactics if I do
“You’re doing great” gets me every time. I also live for Chilli’s checklist when my mental health is bad. In the second half of season three Chilli’s sister is highly hinted at having miscarriages or infertility
Bluey also incorporated being born prematurely in the show in the episode “Early baby” when Indy talks about her sister needing to be in a hospital for a few days and in a small box.
My friend is a Nanny and she said she binged this show when her Nanny kids went to sleep. I think this is one of those shows that breaks free from “kids show” and really is a family show.
My favorite Bluey moment? Any time the kids laugh, because it is the purest sound I have ever had the pleasure of hearing. Especially Bingo’s little giggle! Every time Bingo giggles, a fairy is born. It is that pure of a sound! 😇🥰 Edit: I absolutely love this show. I first discovered it when I was going through a really rough patch, mentally and emotionally. It came on in my hospital room on Disney Channel at around 5am, and I felt a wave of nostalgia when I started watching. The way Chilli and Bandit play with Bingo reminded me of playing with my parents as a kid. It was a greatly-appreciated light in a very dark place.
@@rykopy My point exactly! Try not to squee when Bingo laughs! It’s impossible! Edit: Also, have you heard Socks’s laugh in the short “Honk”? That is pure serotonin!
The loveliest thing in the whole show is the moment while Bingo is watching her mom devour a bag Doritos and declares "Wow. Whales eat a LOT" and Bandit, looking at his wife with all the love in the world, says "They can eat up to five bags a day". 7:12
I didn't think the original "Grannies" episode was all that funny at first, but the episode "Bus" made them so hilarious! That episode in general is hilarious
My favorite moment from the show is the episode where the girls are playing hotel with their dad and Bandit and Bluey go into the master bedroom and Bluey says there’s even “a lady in the shower!” implying that their mom is taking a shower and I just thought that was hilarious XDDDDDD
It's such a throw away line and it never ceases to make me chuckle. I love it! Like in backpackers where Bandit asks for a room and says something like "I would like a room with a toilet in that room." Just the wording is brilliant!
When I was dealing with postpartum depression my child’s father told me I was doing a great job. So hearing that in that episode made me cry. I don’t think people understand that sometimes moms need to hear that.
Bluey is amazing. There is also a lot of social commentary in there. For example in "Hospital", where the busy doctor just gives up on the patient and doesn't even remember his name, whereas the nurse cares and saves the day. A lot of the background conversation is hilarious. Sometimes they talk about dog-specific things, like rounding up the sheep and not doing what the farmer tells them to.
Everyone talks about Onesies and for good reason. Although Flatpack’s ending really surprised me. Not in like an emotional way (although it was beautiful) but more like a “did they really just do that” kinda way. Also the camping episode hit me really hard in the feels because John Luc tried to say goodbye to Bluey but he couldn’t the poor kids couldn’t even have a proper goodbye 😭
My favorite is probably Curry Quest in Series 3. The episode itself is good, but if you’re paying attention, Chili is actually describing the stages of the “Hero’s Journey” monomyth used widely in literature! I thought that was such a cool way to introduce that concept to kids!
A perfect list Bluey doesn't shy away from tough subjects..most of today's shows shy away from subjects like death, miscarriage, and infertility, But my favorite one will always be jean-lucs episode..now that I think about it I can relate to how bluey felt in that episode..thinking back to 2004 I was the same way when my aunt moved back to Florida..I absolutely love the way chili handled this "special people come into our lives for a reason, they stay for a bit and then they leave..but that doesn't mean you won't see them again cause the universe is a mystery" it makes me think that chili lost someone special probably her mom and her dad used those words to comfort her..anyways I love the episode ends with bluey seeing jean-luc again only it's years later This series deserves so many accolades!!
My mom (40s) my brother (pre k) and me (20s) all love Bluey. We quote the TV show all day ("I don't want a life lesson I just wanted ice cream") and my brother has gotten better at playing with his imagination more. We've played some weird games like "Cupcake Rain" after watching Bluey but I love that he is using his imagination. When the 80s episode played, I paused it and ran to get my mom who laughed the entire time
I always cry when cocos mom says “you’re doing great” as a mom I don’t hear it often. I get the appreciation from my son, but when it comes to my peers, i don’t hear it. So it means a lot hearing it from this pink poodle as ridiculous it might sound to others.
You didn't include the episode "Faceytime" as it has Stripe and Trixie having a serious conversation about how to disaplene Muffin for hogging the faceytime tablet and Bandit made his kids mute the conversation
Personally, I don’t think that Chilli had a miscarriage, I think the balloon popping reminded her of what her sister went through. After all, she did say that Bingo looks just like Brandy
I'm a childless adult in my 30's and have become obsessed with Bluey. I think with all the crazy turmoil in the world, a bit of innocent entertainment is just what my soul needs, and Bluey is fun enough to have all that innocence for kids, but still slide in some adult entertainment. Just enough for it to be enjoyable for me, and not annoying or boring like most kiddy shows are for adults.
One of my favorite moments is in the episode " Rain". Bluey tries to stop the rain from running down the driveway and uses whatever she can to do it even if it meant tracking mud and water into the house, much to Chili's dismay. After a while of watching Bluey, Chili joins her indicating that sometimes you need to forget the mess and enjoy life's simple moments. I will always remember this moment 💕 Thank you to anyone who reads this.
I once babysat my five year old cousin and he asked if we could watch this show. Part of me really didn’t want to, but I didn’t want to hurt his feelings, so I put it on. It was actually very cute and fun to watch with him
im not even a parent but even /i started to tear up when Bella told Chilli she was doing great, because it felt like something I think I needed to hear too. and something I wish someone would have told my mom
even though it’s only an honorable mention, “restful games” is one thing i can relate to knowing kids who love to run around playing games and being one who like to lay on the couch sometimes. i’m not even an adult yet. 10:39 also, i want to say that after she mentioned that the american version was changed to talk about teeth, i got an ad for toothpaste lol.
#4 The "Grandad" episode always makes me very emotional when Chilli says "he should take care of himself for me because I still need him" causes me to tear up every time because being as old as I am and still having my parents I can relate really well to that.
I love the Hammerbarn episode specially when Chilli says "this is what happens when you aren't happy with what you got Someone's husband eventually gets it!"
I hadn’t heard of Bluey before, but now I live with some family including my young great niece and adorable little great nephew. Both love Bluey and now so do I! My favorite episode is Seesaw because Pom Pom is my very favorite character!
Due to my grandparents' ages and my grandma's Alzheimer's, my grandparents don't or can't take care of themselves as well as they used to. The "It was yesterday" line always makes me sad because, for many reasons, I associate it and that episode with them-- especially with my grandma.
Bluey is amazing. My favorite episode is Hammerbarn. "This is what happens when you're unhappy with what you've got! Someone's husband eventually gets it!" 🤣🤣🤣 In all seriousness though, I had 2 open heart surgeries earlier this year and was in the hospital for 10 days. Bluey made it tolerable. I watched it for hours every day. It made me feel close to my kids when I was states away. ❤️
I love this show because it feels like both a kids show and an adult show in a way? Like you can sit and watch it with them without getting bored or annoyed by it like Peppa pig.
As a teacher, I have noticed that children are incredibly clever and smart. People have always said I'm crazy when I say they can handle competitive formats. It's all just about being great parents and very supportive teachers! If you can lose and learn, you never really lost at all, have you?
I’m 40 and my nephew got me hooked on Bluey. I love it!! As a daycare provider for 20+ years I just enjoy how true the depiction of the children is. I have run a gamut of emotions. Keep up the great work!
The miscarriage conception is pretty sad but possibly true from Chili. According to the other episodes that proves otherwise, it looks like her and her sister happen to have a very long line history of infertility issues and I can't imagine how many miscarriages or chance has it took for their mother and father to conceive both of them
While I agree the balloon popping could indicate that Chili had a miscarriage her sister is unable to have children, so it could also allude to Chili's sister possibly having one too.
Yes! I was just about to say something about this! Onesies had me crying hard. I’m shocked that episode or even Brandy wasn’t mentioned in this video. Maybe in a part 2 because there’s a lot of subjects and references the adults get in this show (and no doubt more to come) that can’t be contained in just one video.
@@Angelmoon502 If I remember correctly that episode has been removed in the US so they may not have even known about it. There are clips removed from the UK version of Bluey too (Which I think is stupid)
@@LadyKattrina84 I couldn’t agree more. You allow Copycat, which has the death of a bird, but don’t allow Dad Baby, where Bandit “has a baby”? Heck, even the part in Daddy Putdown when Bingo asks how a baby gets in a lady’s belly was cut out in the US. It’s not like he answered. He hilariously avoided the question. When did the US become so uptight about what gets shown to kids?
@@Angelmoon502 That part in Daddy Putdown was cut in the UK version as well. One moment Bingo is on the swing, the next she walks in all dizzy and there is no explanation as to why. It's nuts.
Every time the "Raiders" scene plays, I can't help but sing the Indiana Jones theme. It's a compulsion There was another Indy moment in the episode "Perfect". One of the moments that's brought up for Bluey to try and draw on her Father's Day card was Bandit throwing her -- he goes up to each family member, says "Tickets, please", and when Bluey says she doesn't have one, he throws her onto some cushions [or was it a beanbag chair?] and says "No ticket." It's a throwaway but genius nod to the Last Crusade. It makes me wonder if they'll add any more references to everyone's favourite fictional archeologist

@@kiwibug07 There's times when I'm more interested in the lives of the adults in Bluey than the kids, that says a lot for how likeable they are.
Yessss!!!! My daughter is a miracle rainbow baby and she was def an early baby. We love Bluey ❤️
Have you seen the episode "Onesies" yet?? If not, have the Kleenex ready when you do! I struggled with infertility for years before my little one came along, and that episode made me sob!
@@rachelhull993 not yet! But the first 15 minutes of Up is ugly crying for me!
❤
Oh this is awesome! Neither my cousin nor I have kids, but both of our brothers do. We both got into the show because of their kids lol.
That episode hasn’t aired in the US yet. At least it’s not on Disney +.
@@sae1019qtpie Probably it’s going to be either heavily censored or just not air in US much like the episode “Baby Dad”.
@@SuperEasywalker I hope not. I hate that they censor episodes. Lame.
My favorite part was when bandit went up to someone and looked them in the eyes and said "Don't worry about the sun, it's meant to be there."
I can't believe I never caught on that they were drinking up there!

"I DON'T WANT AN LIFE LESSON I JUST WANT AN ICE CREAM..."
Me too bluey.
Me too...
This show is better than any Cocomelon stuff kids are watching nowadays. I’m so glad this show is getting recognition, I’ve been watching it since June 2021.
Hopefully that recognition does not devolve into ElsaGate creators bandwagonning on Bluey too. This show doesn't deserve that fate.

A Bluey spin off where the girls are older and the show gets to spend more time with the parents would be so good
Slow down. They did that for Rugrats way back when and it was mostly meh IMO.
A bluey spinoff of McKenzie's family instead lol
Or a Spin of showing the lives of the parents in more detail
@@tipenemcilroy111 YESSSS I RLLY LOVE MACKENZIE
Honestly as long as Joe Brumm makes it I don't care what it is, I'll watch it. The man is brilliant!
You really are doing a great job! That all takes a remarkable amount of strength. You absolutely got this 💪 you’re stronger than you think ❤
Coming from a father of a 17 month old: you are doing amazing! Keep on being amazing!
Your parents aren't perfect and neither is anyone else. Just do your best. There's no rule book.
I’m sure you are doing great . ❤
its the only episode that makes me cry everytime.
12:03 made me burst into tears. I had my first baby across the country from my friends and family. (We're in the military) I had no support system with me, and had a very traumatic c section. I felt this so hard..... I'm trying my best to be a good mom.
I’m betting that you’re doing great .
Man that pink poodle telling us we are doing great made me cry. My son is on the spectrum somewhere very behind and that just broke me in half
I’m sure you’re doing great .
Chili is my Spirit Animal! She has her own indentity and doesn't feel guilty about it!
I agree! But who’s Bella?
@@dakotatoney4834 I'm pretty sure it's Coco's mom's name. The pink poodle who talks to Chilli in the episode "Baby Race".
I can't get over just how good this show is, it's so rare to see a show with writing this good, clean animation, easter eggs throughout, relatable characters and so much great adult content!
Definitely a show for both kids and adults.
Indeed, the kids love the characters and stories, while parents can appreciate the more adult references.
Whoever wrote this show must've had experience with kids themselves.
Put it on as a colourful distraction for my baby while doing housework, ended up loving it myself 🤣
Im almost 23 male and autistic and recently discovered this show it brings me comfort and makes me feel better when i have a rough day
bluey is exactly how you do a preschool show for adults to enjoy as well.
#1 could have also referred to Chili's sister.
The show has pretty much implied in "Onesies" that Chili and Brandy didn't speak for a few years because Brandy was having a rough time being around the girls - Brandy being infertile but desperately wanting kids.
90's kids had Arthur, 2020's kids have bluey ❤
The legacy continues...
80's kids who are now parents have Bluey 🥰
Bluey is a comforting way to teach us young adults about parenting. My parents were absent and neglectful. Idk if I want kids yet but I know I dont want to fall into their habits. I need to commit Chili & Bandit to memory and use their tactics if I do
The architecture in this show is done really well
And most of it is based on real building designs
It's really got a beautiful depiction of Brisbane
“You’re doing great” gets me every time. I also live for Chilli’s checklist when my mental health is bad.
In the second half of season three Chilli’s sister is highly hinted at having miscarriages or infertility
Bluey also incorporated being born prematurely in the show in the episode “Early baby” when Indy talks about her sister needing to be in a hospital for a few days and in a small box.
My friend is a Nanny and she said she binged this show when her Nanny kids went to sleep. I think this is one of those shows that breaks free from “kids show” and really is a family show.
Bandit at 4:22 eating fairy bread from the party. Another reason he's a legend.
My favorite show!! 37 years old and every episode is so layered and speaks to me. Bluey is always welcomed in my household.
There’s also one scene in the episode “Fairies” where Bandit shouts “Are you not entertained!?” while dancing.
My favorite Bluey moment? Any time the kids laugh, because it is the purest sound I have ever had the pleasure of hearing. Especially Bingo’s little giggle! Every time Bingo giggles, a fairy is born. It is that pure of a sound! 😇🥰
Edit: I absolutely love this show.
Bingo's giggle under the hand dryer at the movie theater always makes me giggle
@@rykopy My point exactly! Try not to squee when Bingo laughs! It’s impossible!
Edit: Also, have you heard Socks’s laugh in the short “Honk”? That is pure serotonin!
The loveliest thing in the whole show is the moment while Bingo is watching her mom devour a bag Doritos and declares "Wow. Whales eat a LOT" and Bandit, looking at his wife with all the love in the world, says "They can eat up to five bags a day".

😂😂😂
"Dad! We found moneys!"
"Correction. You found MY moneys"
I relate to that with Bandit so much 🤣
I didn't think the original "Grannies" episode was all that funny at first, but the episode "Bus" made them so hilarious!
Omggg me too! I was laughing sooo hard at that when I watched it, it gets funnier every time
It's such a throw away line and it never ceases to make me chuckle.
The one about Bingo’s dream with planets and the sun, as a mom struggling with bedtimes and mom guilt, I sob every time.
"Unihorse, what's your favorite food?"
"Children."
"Oh."
I don't have any kids but I love Bluey! It's such a good show for kids, and adults too! It teaches good morals and has likable characters.
My favorite is probably Curry Quest in Series 3. The episode itself is good, but if you’re paying attention, Chili is actually describing the stages of the “Hero’s Journey” monomyth used widely in literature! I thought that was such a cool way to introduce that concept to kids!
My favorite moment in Bluey so far is in Pass the Parcel where Bandit says "This isn't the 80s, Pat!"
A perfect list
Bluey doesn't shy away from tough subjects..most of today's shows shy away from subjects like death, miscarriage, and infertility,
But my favorite one will always be jean-lucs episode..now that I think about it I can relate to how bluey felt in that episode..thinking back to 2004 I was the same way when my aunt moved back to Florida..I absolutely love the way chili handled this "special people come into our lives for a reason, they stay for a bit and then they leave..but that doesn't mean you won't see them again cause the universe is a mystery" it makes me think that chili lost someone special probably her mom and her dad used those words to comfort her..anyways I love the episode ends with bluey seeing jean-luc again only it's years later
This series deserves so many accolades!!
When the 80s episode played, I paused it and ran to get my mom who laughed the entire time
Haha I think she said lime lesson!
I always cry when cocos mom says “you’re doing great” as a mom I don’t hear it often. I get the appreciation from my son, but when it comes to my peers, i don’t hear it. So it means a lot hearing it from this pink poodle as ridiculous it might sound to others.
The scene was just too beautiful for me 9:48
You didn't include the episode "Faceytime" as it has Stripe and Trixie having a serious conversation about how to disaplene Muffin for hogging the faceytime tablet and Bandit made his kids mute the conversation
We really like that moment between Stripes and Trixie, that one felt very real as parents.

Just enough for it to be enjoyable for me, and not annoying or boring like most kiddy shows are for adults.
ugh. The episode with Chilli's dad makes me cry everytime. My dad passed last year and it really hit hard.
I will always remember this moment 💕
Thank you to anyone who reads this.
The subtle innuendos and tough to tackle thematics in this show are masterful! Realistic, relatable and balanced, PERFECT!
I once babysat my five year old cousin and he asked if we could watch this show. Part of me really didn’t want to, but I didn’t want to hurt his feelings, so I put it on. It was actually very cute and fun to watch with him
“When I used to be cool” that line is both sad and hilarious 💀
They also have an episode dealing with premie babies. This show seems to do a great job touching on so many areas of parenting.

#4 The "Grandad" episode always makes me very emotional when Chilli says "he should take care of himself for me because I still need him" causes me to tear up every time because being as old as I am and still having my parents I can relate really well to that.

Bluey is something my nephew (almost 5) and I share. It's our special time and I wouldn't miss it for anything
The timing on this is wild, I just got into the Bluey rabbit hole yesterday.

According to the other episodes that proves otherwise, it looks like her and her sister happen to have a very long line history of infertility issues and I can't imagine how many miscarriages or chance has it took for their mother and father to conceive both of them
3:24 I'm only 21 and yeah, the things that kids say nowadays, we would've been smacked on the behinds for, grounded or disciplined immediately.
I'm 17, I've noticed the youngest kids in my school are very different to my generation
I say fun doesn't need a life lesson, BUT if you can incorporate a life lesson in the fun, that's a welcomed bonus.
I love the show showing parents can drink "lemonade" and after drinking effects XDDD
Bandit and Stripes drink beer in a few other episodes, at least in the Australian version anyway.

There was another Indy moment in the episode "Perfect".
