4:29 It warms my heart to see IC Deathstar SD70s still earning their keep; those black beauties are truly the last of the Spartans (cabs) since the ex-CR units were either scrapped or converted (along with NS's 70s) to SD70ACCs with Crescent cabs.

When is the Birmingham railcam coming up just curious
they look like power for a train on them
The ATN has old class 1 locomotives including 3 ex CN GP40-2LWs one painted in the ATN heritage unit. 2 SP one is a tunnel motor other is an SD40R. And then 2 EX CSX SD60S And then 2 SD40-2
When will be able to watch Birmingham AL cam ?
That view of the yard in the foreground is interesting......because Google street view does not show the decorative black framework seen on the live cam. And we see here that the black framework is only partially complete in this video, with just the end posts seen.
It doesn't prevent them, it reduces them. The title of your video implies that nay derailment that happens is a result of not using this

Depends on the cause of the derailment.
Nice footage, one UP motor was blasting out diesel exhaust, like the cam at the famous Sloss Furnaces, well known for Paranormal activity, lots of power running long hood forward!🛤🚂
