This show is so 80s it HURTS. Most people think of Transformers, MASK, or GI Joe when they think of cartoons. For me, this is the definitive 80s cartoon.

All those years of sleepless nights tossing and turning wondering what this show was are over, and it was worth not going out this Sat night, just to solve the mystery and hear this totally rad theme song again. Biotech genetically engineered villains... it was ahead of its time...
hell yeah. I loved this show...it was on suuuper early before I had school. I had several of the awesome toys..all parts were interchangeable and I used to play w/ em all day. I remember getting them brand new in those black boxes! The best!!! gotta get these dvds

"Wheeled Warriors explode into battle, Lightning strikes!!!" I loved this toon when i was a kid. It was on Fun Factory on Sky Channel. Used to watch that show every weekend! God i miss the 80's

hey I'm 36 and I got excitedd hearing that one after 23 years. I u sed to watch that show after school every day...and it just disappeared. No internet back then to stay up- to-date on every fact in the world.
I know, that's why the 80's ROCKED for cartoons. Anybody could come up with ANY idea and a studio would pick it up because they had no idea what would catch on.
I have the 1st 4 (or is is 5) eps of this on dvd! Stuff like this really makes me wish technology was advanced enough for someone to build a time machine, so I could go back in time to the 80's for just one hour if need be, and relive the good times!

Cartoon theme songs was actually good for kids. You notice how the theme songs back then always had a sense of hope like standing up for yourself, doing the right thing and all that kinda stuff!

80's cartoon theme songs were the best, but what makes Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors different from the rest, that it had an even better ending song as well.

I don't think there was ever a cartoon that was more obviously nothing more than a 30 min advertisement for a toy line than this one. And that is quite a statement among 80's cartoons. I watched and enjoyed He-man, GI-JOE, Transformers, and all the other cartoons based around sales of a toy line, but even as a kid when I watched this cartoon all I could think was, "They're just trying to sell the toys" and so I never really could get into it.
