Ya know this was cartoon made by Spain and with the help of a Japanese studio, it was one of the, if not the first Anime-English cartoons before they became popular after pokemon. Nowadays everything is anime styled, talk about total domination.

Theres a longer complete version of the theme tune on some childrens TV albums which actually has a verse where the singer just goes "woof-woof woof etc." to the chorus part. Maybe you heard that version once then forgot about it.
