Your way of teaching is excellent. You make even the difficult words of vocabulary easy to understand because you have clarity about the subject. Your pronunciation of English words is accurate and clear. Please keep it up and spread knowledge of English to masses across the world. I extend my thanks to you from the depth of my heart.
Your style of teaching is unique and excellent. The way you make others to understand the correct meaning and how to pronounce it is really appreciable and I thank you from the depth of my heart. Please keep it up.
Hallo, thank you for this video. I had to watch it more than one time. I was first only with a few words right. But this doesnt matter, i stopped it after a new word , made my own explanation and spoke it out loudly. 😊
Words like equivocate, inculcate are easier to understand for a french speaker given the fact that they have the exact same meanings as équivoque and inculquer
Thank you for this lesson, Lisa! To be honest, I wasn’t sure about the meaning of the verb “to rally”, and I didn’t know the meaning of the verb “to equivocate”. But although I knew all the other words, I don't think my English is "excellent". In fact, I still need to learn a myriad of new words and expressions in order to achieve a truly advanced level. Kind regards, Anna
I have made three mistakes, so I have to watch this video many times and foucs on the the most important points, and especially the pronunciation of the words. Teacher Lisa, your efforts are highly appreciated and thank you so much indeed ❤!
Fantastic video. definitely watch again and again as there are more outstandingly unknown words to master the language. Thank you Lisa for your attempts in this journey. (I found even new words within the sentences.)
I didn’t know one of them but after watching five times and I think I understand more and just need more practice to underpin what I have learned. Thank you Lisa!❤
I am from Pakistan. I love watching your videos as they are a source of information that enhances my knowledge. I also want to get admission to a course of learning 400 new advanced words. However, the cost is the main reason that stops me from taking this course. Any discount man @accurate English
Hey, Ms Lisa! The following just came to mind: What about tackling single versus compound words that might sound slightly or very similar to foreigners? Example: “Let Us versus Letters or Lettuce”. Try finding a short video of a Spanish speaking mother asking her 3 kids for the English word for the green “thing” in the sandwich. She meant to say Lettuce but she said Letters. The kids’ reaction was interesting. And I just remembered it while trying to say “Let Us” in a song. lol!
Hi Lisa, can you give a lesson on countable & uncountable nouns. In this lesson, you use hardship in plural form: Soldiers withstood many hardships during the long war. Is hardship a countable noun? Thank.
'harness' has its origin in work with animals, e.g. to harness an animal, a horse normally or an ox or a huskie, then it is also been used for security when using belts in cars or planes
Professor Lisa!! I got 11 out of 12 right this time!! oh yayyyy!!! I went take a GRE training course earlier this semester, and I got to acquire more than 1,000 advanced vocabularies, such as chivalry, inconsequential, materialize and so on and so forth, thus my vocabulary size has been boosted!! :D This is my very first time to get most of the questions right from your advanced vocabulary test!! And i am so happy!! Thank you for accompanying us for our English learning journey, Professor Lisa!! Christmas is getting closer!! Big merry Christmas to you, beloved Professor Lisa!!
