Heavy metals are toxic to our wellbeing. Supporting the body to detox heavy metals like mercury from amalgam fillings can boost your immune function and energy levels.
Holistic Dentist Dr Rachel Hall of Evolve Dental in Brisbane explains more.
The root cause behind many of today’s most common chronic illnesses is excess exposure to toxic metals found throughout the environment, the food supply, cosmetics, dental amalgam fillings and in the past vaccines that we had in childhood.
Because heavy metal toxicity can manifest itself as all sorts of seemingly unrelated health conditions ranging from mental disorders and food allergies to gastrointestinal problems and organ failure, millions of people are likely suffering from this largely curable condition without even knowing it.
Heavy metals like mercury (amalgam fillings), lead, arsenic and cadmium are lurking everywhere these days, making it nearly impossible to avoid them completely.
This is why it is critical to learning how to manage exposure through proper nutrition and detoxification.

Why have you stopped doing videos (since 1 year)?
Per your request for suggestions: Please do one on ligament damage in both the mouth and the cervical spine as well as resultant distortions in the jaw and cranium. I would think you’ve had some courses on these various structures and functions along the way as related to dentistry. There’s much more: for examples, dental effects on (and concomitants to), nasal, visual, hearing function as well as gut, organ, gland outcomes from dental work and various gum and tooth issues that contribute. I haven’t watched all of your videos so keep that in mind as I may be suggesting some redundancy.
Detox: We use homeopathics out of Canada as part of the gentle detox methods and protocols for our regenerative joint patients. We also use NIR and an enzymatically correct raw drink we’ve formulated with only fresh, raw, organic ingredients, an ionic foot bath protocol, etc. Basically detox never needs to be a rough process.
You have such a great platform and way of explaining health matters from the holistic dentistry perspective. Keep going. 👍 👍
    Notes:
There are people who have violent reactions to cilantro (leaves and stems) but can use coriander (seeds). Parsley leaves can bring on the same violent and potentially deadly reaction (and as you know, both of these plants are in the category of the parsley family). These are patients who have no issue with K2 (MK7), so, it’s not the extra Vit K in cilantro over coriander that is at issue. It’s unclear why this occurs. Caution must be taken with those using a liquid cilantro metal detox due to this. There are no warnings on the bottles.
Also, it’s very important to understand that curcumin, aka turmeric, is a Cox II inhibitor. If it is a robust supplement, (meaning the curcumin is potent in the product), it can do as much as NSAIDs to block growth factors and thus regeneration. The FDA came out with a warning a few years ago that an otherwise healthy individual can have a heart attack due to the heart muscle not regenerating while taking OTC NSAIDs, even if there has been only short term use. We do not recommend natural supplementation that is a strong Cox II inhibitor and have always given warnings as to the use of turmeric supplementation for this reason. We have had patients who were not regenerating during treatment while taking Protandim in the early days of the marketing of these supplements. Instead we recommend other anti-inflammatories. In addition to an anti inflammatory diet: we recommends a good Norwegian fish oil; a powerful liquid Ashwagandha (which we’ve been recommending for over 20 years, long before Ashwagandha became popular)’ along with a pure CBD (which works well for many patients when it is truly organic). We have multiple ways of bringing inflammation down, including inflammation in the brain. We never resort to Cox II’s.
This last point has to do with another video you did on how to never get cavities or gum disease by having a good diet. You mentioned dairy as a NO. We have brought patients back from the brink of nutritional deficiency with goat milk. We do recommend sheep and goat products to many of our patients with very good results.
Interested in any of your thoughts.
    Keep up the good work.

Those are good recommendations but you also need binders like zeolite.

Zeolite is recommended once mercury amalgams have been removed
