Thank you for this! I was debating whether or not to take my 11, 6 & 3 year old grandkids because I wasn't sure how many interactive things there would be to do. Now, after watching this video, I can't wait to take them this summer when we're visiting my parents who live about 55 minutes from the park. 😀
How exciting!! And happy to help. I hope you all have the best time 🤩 my 6 and 8 year old love the rides there! I'm sure yours will too. 😊 We've been going the past 3 years and really enjoy it. It's a much more laid back theme park.
This was a fun video to watch and the park didn't seem crowded!!! I can't wait to visit this year...lol you guys have sold me on Brick-or-Treat!!!! The wooden coaster was my least favorite and only because the lap bar hurt my tummy (which is why I'm on a health kick because I don't ever want to be that uncomfortable again lol)! So I have to give this ride another chance lol.
For some reason I'm not getting notifications for comments so I'm sorry for the delay. I have to physically check in a tab. Oh yes, Brick or Treat is the BEST! So much entertainment and fun! Yah, that wooden coaster is a bit rough too. It bumps you around a lot! It was actually there before it was Legoland so it's definitely old. lol! If you can, visit on a weekday too for the crowds and then the weekends for Brick or Treat. So maybe a Friday and Saturday :)
I love LEGOLAND 🤩💙 Possibly one of my favorite theme parks in Central Florida!! It’s a great theme park, perfect for kids and for other LEGO lovers of all ages!! My favorite rides are Coastersaurus, The Dragon, Ninjago: The Ride, Lost Kingdom Adventure, Masters of Flight, Flying School, and The Great LEGO Race! I went back to LEGOLAND after 4 years of not going in November, and it was one of the happiest days of my life! I missed it so much. What a fun day that I wish I could go back to. The only thing that bummed me was that there were no meet and greet for the Ninjago characters for some reason. Who knows what happened, but it was sad because I was really excited to meet them. But it’s alright, because I still had a fun day!! I didn’t ride Battle for Bricksburg when I went. It was my first time at LEGO Movie World, and wow, everything was awesome!!! And I love that Masters of Flight ride, so much fun!! However, my family and I decided not to ride Battle for Bricksburg because we knew we would get wet and my mom especially was not up to spending the rest of the day or the drive back with wet clothes. We plan on going back to LEGOLAND for Ninjago Days, and I think my mom said that she will come more prepared with towels and stuff so we can ride it. I’m not really that excited to ride it because I kind of miss it when it was Chima themed. Have you guys been to LEGOLAND before The LEGO Movie World existed? At first, this place was The World of Chima. Chima is another LEGO theme. Have you ridden this ride before it got rethemed to LEGO Movie?
I'm so glad you love Legoland!! We love it too. It's such a fun park! Ya, I think Ninjago characters are only out during the Ninjago event and maybe sometimes during their summer events. They have a mix of all sorts of characters sometimes in the summer. :) Oh, I didn't know the Lego Movie World was something different! I thought it was brand new. Our first time going was in 2020 when it was already opened. I do love Unikitty Drop though. I'll have to look at some old videos to see what it was like. The Masters of Flight actually makes me nauseous. I was the screen went more slowly. lol! But the Battle of Bricksburg was so much fun. We got pretty soaked lol! Hope you have the best time there soon!
Here are two links I found for you of how it looked back then! When the LEGO Movie World was The World of Chima. The ride: ua-cam.com/video/HKDhZvuj0XQ/v-deo.html The whole land: ua-cam.com/video/nXb2kUvy-Rc/v-deo.html
Oh wow! So it looks like basically one or two rides and a lot of water areas? I think the theming is fun, they could have just added onto it! But I do love the Lego Movie too so it's hard to decide. Thanks for sharing. That's such a big difference compared to now!
Oh yeah, that place was all about water lol It wouldn’t be so watery if it wasn’t for the theme. Legends of Chima is about anthropomorphic animals who have a powerful source called Chi, which they use to gain powers so they can be stronger. That source comes from a special kind of water hidden in a mountain. So you see, the Chi comes from water, so the whole land of Chima in LEGOLAND is all about water! And this water shooting ride was the only ride in that section. Other than that, there were little play areas, activities, stores, and I think there was a restaurant too? It’s been awhile, so I might have to go back to the video to double check, but I’m pretty sure there were at least some bench tables. And yes, it is indeed a big difference! World of Chima is a lot smaller than LEGO Movie World. The reason why they rethemed it is because Chima wasn’t a very successful LEGO theme. Personally, I really like the theme. I finally saw the TV show recently and I loved it (I watched the last episode on Wednesday), and now I really want some of sets (they are very expensive though because they are retired). I’m also assuming that the reason they kept this water-shooting ride and just simply changed the look was because it required a lot of work to get rid of it completely due to all the water. That is very expensive, no doubt! So, it’s why this classic shooting ride remains, but it just looks different. It’s like what’s gonna happen to Splash Mountain at Magic Kingdom. They are keeping the ride, but they are just changing the theme. I really think they could have kept the Chima theme, I didn’t see any reason for them to change it and a water-shooting ride seems to fit Chima more than LEGO Movie. I also, personally, really miss it because I thought it looked beautiful! But at least it’s still a water ride, I’m glad that they didn’t get rid of the whole water-shooting thing. I will let you guys know when I ride Battle of Bricksburg so I can tell you what I thought of it!!
Honestly it shouldn't be too busy. It is summer but waits shouldn't be longer than 20-30 minute waits. Especially during the week. It is super hot though. Make sure to stay hydrated and bring sunscreen, sunglasses etc

Do parents have to pay admission fee?
Yes. Everyone over the age of 2 needs a ticket.
Pumpkin! I think you are the one who farted at Legoland.
She probably did 🤣
