I’ve only been to Legoland California and it’s fun there. The miniland area is my favorite for sure. Plus the cool Star Wars builds
Building Daytona out of LEGOS is more than impressive....that's just simply awesome. Now if only that were an official set. I know you're not into the stadium builds, but I'd like to see either Wrigley Field, Fenway Park or Yankee Stadium become official sets.
They just installed the tent over miniland. It just reopened after being closed for months. They are currently in the process of replacing all of the buildings/scenes.
I remember when this was Cypress Gardens! Definitely taking my daughter to LegoLand!

Cypress Gardens was the original attraction. When LEGO bought the property, they decided to keep that portion of the gardens.
Its been a while since i’ve been there, the updated miniland USA area looks amazing with it being covered now. Looks like you had a fun time there.

Looks like a nice day - a more relaxing theme park experience than the Disney and Universal Parks.
I’d love to have one of those big mini fig sculptures - Imagine they’d set you back a pretty penny though!
I remember when this park was Cypress Gardens in the early 2000s. Went there many many times with my father this was so nice to see
Merlin bought the old Cypress Gardens park, which predates Disneyland by many years, and built Legoland on part of the property. Definitely worth an afternoon exploring.

Your trip reminds me a lot of my Malaysia Legoland trip back in 2018, that was so fun. The VR roller coaster is also available there, it was a fun ride! There is also the Star Wars 'miniland' it's distinguished from the Miniland but in another Star Wars section, and it's indoor!
I can't wait to go to Legoland next where next year

Jordan, I also thought the rides at LEGOLAND NEW YORK were all for children (Goshen, NY).
For the price of NY Legoland was NOT worth it!!! My friends had season passes but I did not. I went 3 times this year. And all 3 times not all rides working places were closed. I get that it was the first year. But they had an extra year to get it together. I did end up getting a free day pass for next year. Hopefully it will be better.
I just got back from legoland florida yesterday.. I was down there for a week with my family.. absolutely love the park.. The water park is really cool as well.. thanks for sharing
That looked so fun!! I've been in Legoland only once in my life. In Germany. It was one of the must fun moments I had as a kid. I remember my parents bought me a castle tic tac toe set hahah... I still have it 😁🥰

Looks like a great experience wonder though why no star wars now. Also city scape areas look like they need a building update but an amazing park. Also what ever that tree that had all the vines i feel you need to integrate into your new zoo zone. Great video thanks bricksie team
Great, video. It's interesting to see how another Legoland compares to our local one (Windsor, UK). They're actually quite similar in many aspects, but definitely different enough to make this quite a different experience.

I Like Legoland Florida is Roller Coaster and ETC.
I was there the exact same day as you. We live an hour north of the park. I picked up the last Jurrasic Park T-Rex Rampage they had. Couldn't find it anywhere for a couple month's. I'm building g it now and it's amazing 👏
That looks amazing! The building in the NYC area that shows the interior is Grand Central Station. It is even more amazing in person. :-) Thanks for the tour of the park.
The Legoland park actually used to be a park called Cypress Gardens. It was a beautiful park full of foliage and plants and stuff. That's why a lot of the park still has that vibe. 22:04 I guess they still have part of it there lol. 11:30 is a cool look at the painted ladies (the row of townhouses from San Francisco). If you've never been, you should go. The hills are massive.
Also the Kennedy Space Center is a super cool place as well. Very educational and you can see the rocket launch pads too.
8:08 It's probably because Disney owns Star Wars now. Same reason why Universal Orlando's Islands of Adventure can't add anymore Marvel superhero stuff. They only have the rights to the rides that they currently possess (Spiderman, Hulk, and Dr. Doom's Fearfall).
This whole area used to be Cypress Gardens until Legoland bought it out.

Glad you got to experience Florida again, we’ll be letting our Legoland Annual Passes expire and moving on to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure now that the kids are a little older and enjoy the roller coasters.
Btw- Maddison and Colten rode the first ride you did 5 times in a row… that is their favorite one next to the Flying School roller coaster.

Study the history here Doode'. "Cyprus Gardens" was the original Theme type park in Florida that dates back to the 1930's. I would go on but you young kids wouldn't care. That is my jab of the day.

@@bimmerfan2126 yes that is what I have heard as well. However I don't agree with Disney for doing this. As a Star wars fan I want to see any and everything SW related. I know everybody does not have a forever balance in their bank account, or all of the time in the world. However fans can do as they please and enjoy what they can and its benefits Disney regardless. They make profit on everything SW. This is where royalties come into play. How much money does Disney make from Lego? Probley more then we care to know, to be honest! It just saddens me as SW land at Lego was so inspiring and fun to be around. And is now just a void of empty space. This in my option hurts Disney, SW, and Lego. And probley creates tension between both companies to some extent. But leaves a bad taste in every Lego SW fan's mouth. My kid was super disapointed as was I.

I grew up with the one in Billund (worked there too)!
I would say that some of the newer parks looks amazing but I would say the miniland in Denmark is better than this one
And if you really want to see impressive builds you should visit Lego house
