EcoBoost EngineSwap there is no “redline” on the tach, but it is generally accepted to be between 7500 and 8000 rpm. Most people keep them under 7 or so, for obvious reasons, these days. Mine sure seems like it would quite happily go past 8! 😀
Why do so many of you US guys seem fascinated with shifting gears manually when you all drive automatics? It's like you treat gear shifting like a black art. Plus, you only drive in straight lines, like drag racing. These cars need need bends to really come alive!
The vast majority of the cars in my collection are manual transmission cars. You shouldn’t make generalizations. You just sound like an arrogant, ignorant ass. As for the straight lines... have you ever been to Eastern South Dakota? It is the great U.S. prairie. Nothing BUT straight lines, I’m afraid. But I’ll tell you what- you can go ahead and drive YOUR Miura however you wish.
Nothing better than driving a manual transmission car on a road with many turns….I’ve been doing that since I was a kid…now I’m 62…automatics are for work and grocery shopping……long live manuals….lost art…my dad always had manual transmission cars….thats what I learned to drive…..automatics are boring….you drive a manual transmission car….you ride in an automatic……😂😂. .
As much as I like the Diablo and the countach, the Miura is absolutely beautiful.
I love the sound of that engine! Excellent video, sir!
