I love your video ....I saved all my fitness planners/ journals since 2019. I love to see what I have done, what I liked and not liked, I love to read the comments on how I felt, definitely helps as an inspiration to keep going. I had the same ups and downs like you but this year I set my mind to not give up. I am feeling super happy and I feel really good. I have 2 kids and really want to be healthy to be doing all kinds of activities with them. I'm 5.1 so I am super short I start my weight at 167lbs and I am now at 148 lbs. Working out 5 days a week and focus on my Protein in take. I have a Fitbit tracker and I use the app to track everything on it.
And by the way we are neighbors I am in Illinois like 40 min from Burlington. IA

Hi 🌸 I can recommend the Reviber machine for your knee pain and general wellbeing. I have endometriosis and use the Reviber daily. Lifeprofitness on UA-cam have a lot of training videos where you use the machine and also videos about the effects on your body. Just a suggestion 💜 Sarah (Denmark 🇩🇰)
