Thanks to our friend infusing knowledge for helping :)
Simplifying few definitions from anesthesia
Plz subscribe for updates
all are much clear now! THANK YOU
raghad altayyar so happy to hear that! Thank you :-)
StuDyParTner how will it be 69/99??
Some mistakes. Second gas effect isn't about pulling more nitrous from the tank but rather that due to the quick diffusion of nitrous into the blood, the overall concentration of halothane in the alveoli is increased. So in halothane goes from 1% to 1.5% in the alveoli which facilitates a faster diffusion of halothane from the alveolar into the blood stream.
🙏worst explanation
35/65 becoming 53% but how you are saying 63%.
Those who are writing great video please check your match .. and then read the concentration and second gas effect .. nitrous oxide will not concentrate in the alveoli . It simple increase the concentration of the 2nd gas its given with ... if 50% of gas diffuses of 70ml nitrous the remaining would be 35 ml out of total 65 ml mixture which is around 53% ..
U check your spelling
U complicated the concept but ur intention is good…. I think u can explain it better
Thank you Madam. Best Explained
Thankyou so much for your feedback :-)
You have done So confusing mathematics calculation and hence couldn't understand concentration effect
Matlab prove karne k liye kuchhh bhi explanation??Very Bad..Galat explain kara h isne..
i love you bro🤣🤣
This is absolutely wrong explanation.....I watched videos too, she is making her own concepts...🙄
True . If she cant speak english . Y didn she communicate in urdu
u explain very nicelly...quite useful
Nitinpreet kaur very sweet of you :-)
Thank you, for making it simple!
May Allah bless you :D
Crunchy Chox thankyou so much very kind of you :-)
I like your effort and your humility; shows a positive attitude. Practice practice practice.. :-)
How 69/99? Please explain
👏🏻👏🏻 wonderful explanation dear
Very kind of you for the support! :-)
very nice explanation....bt why does nitrous oxide pulls halothane with it.?...they are suppose to have independent diffusion
Good question!
nitrous oxide reduces the blood/gas of halothane,
and that this change of solubility, although small, increases the
uptake rate of halothane and helps :-)
ok ma'am thank u very much
Am sry ...u made it complex with that math....🙄..
Pakka
Could you please explain how the 35/65 became 63%?
+infusing knowledge that's an error from our team :-( we are so sorry it should have been 53% instead of 63% thanks for pointing out :-) really appreciate
Thank you and sharing with my classmates.
thank you so much for your support :-)
35 divided by 65..is 53percent
Thanks. Very clearly explained.
yogesh kumar thankyou kind of you :-)
helped in understanding second gas effect!!
keep up the good work.
Thankyou so much for your feedback :-)
Crystal clear... Thank you study partner
how come 35 % became 63%..it was 70% becoming 63% ..im confused about the math.
sarwar kashem plz read the description and I'm sorry :-(
Great explanation
Thankyou :-)
Good explanation
Thankyou so much for your feedback :-)
You are welcome
😊
You complicate the method of explaining conc. Effect.
could you explain how did you get 69/99 at the end?
inhaled gas will be 70-29-1% when this enters the alveoli N2O diffuses
very fast creating a void, so further more N2O gets into the alveoli and
reaches almost 70% i've written the denominator as 99% considering few
of the other gases must have diffused a little by then and hence becomes
69/99
i hope this helped :)
also consider reading changes in minute volume during induction, that should clarify furthermore :)
StuDyParTner ~it mean that there is diffusion of halothane is 1% and nitrous oxide 69%=70%.
please upload a video on pharmacokinetics of inhalation anaesthetics
ritika garg sure :-) thankyou for the suggestion :-)
Ma'am you are so fast taking and this excellent explanation a bit difficult to get. Please slow down. For the first time I understood a bit of the second gas effect.
which problem takes if these gases leak in surrounding?
nikhil gogulwar there will be a check in the inventory everyday to make sure that doesn't happen:-)
Good class. Thank you. Keep it up
Very good videos. You're a great teacher!
Very kind :-) thank you so much :-)
Many many thanks.
Very kind of you :-) and most welcome! :-)
can u discuss antidiuretics mechanism of action
shachi verma sure! thanks for the input :-)
Clear your concepts first before trying to teach(confuse) others.
It was 53%. Can someone explain how to derive at 69/99 in the next breath.
Thank you for this video, it really helps. ^^
PegB thank you so much for watching and your kind feedback :-)
Excellent explanation.
Please make some videos on interaction of drugs which is imp for exam!
hey!! thanks alot! this was super awesome!
Tanmay Jadhav very sweet of you :-) thankyou so much :-)
Thank you mam for making this clear!
35% and 35%
Not any other discussion
Great video .. really useful .
Simple and nice
nitin machavaram thank you so much for the feedback :-)
I am completely confused 🤔, u complicated it
I think she did it pretty well sir... U can ask her or me if u have any doubts... Thank u
Very nice concept discussion
Thank u it's make this thing so easy
Very nice... amazing
Descriptions pls can't understand
I wanna discuss about reverse second gas effect
nitin machavaram sure, will work on that. Thanks for the input :-)
Mam very nice I like your lecture but mam I request you others lecture make in Urdu then we will better understand
thank u may allah bless u
zizu zidu very kind of you:-)
Thanks ma'am 💗
actually concept s clear... but how come 63percent.... 35/65 multiple by 100 is 53percent... confused with maths...
dr.kalarani Kalamani have mentioned that in the description and thankyou glad it helps :-)
But why multiply by 100? Please reply fast
Yess...why???
Hypoxia is reduced oxygen in blood, not in alveoli. How this phenomenon will cause hypoxia is not explained in your video
Reduced oxygen in blood is called hypoxemia bruh
Very nice... thankyou
second gas effect not clear
Good one 👍
Very good
Could u do a video on cholinergic and adrenergic receptors and drugs..... It would be a big help to me as i am a 2nd year medical student
Thanks for the comment. will definitely try! :-)
Thank you so much ..it helped a lottt
thank you
Nithila Mohanraj thankyou for watching! :-)
Wrong explanation but i und after listening to ur explanation so thanks
very helpful video!!
thnx 🌷
+Ahmad Obiedat very sweet of you :-)
35/65=63% new math....😂😂
this is why u should check on the description
Ha ha ..
She tried atleast unlike u who is here to shame people
Good video 📹👍
Thank you👍👍👍👍
How does it become 69/99?
Indu Dasari plz check the video description:-) thanks for watching!
StuDyParTner so so after the correction with next breath inhaled air becomes 99parts of which nitrous oxide is that 69 parts! Right?
Exxactly! :-) u are awesome:-)
Hi, I still don't understand after the correction how it came to be 69 out of 99
In the next breaths it becomes 69/99 or 70/100 right?
you are confusing
KRUNAL BHATT which part?
Ya confusing...
I dont understand u missed a frame !!
din get you
Y it is called concentrating effect if it concentration is decreased from 70 percrnt to 63...as u said..🙄
Why does lupus anticoagulant cause coagulation? Cause many things in science are poorly named and for some reason we just go with it because it is convention.
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks a lot:)
Good video
So useful thank u
Glad to hear. Most welcome :-)
it's an awesome video, very well and simply explained, keep it up :)
Very kind of you :-) thanks for watching and the comment !

Camera achhese rakha kro dikh bhi ni ra
You get a data connection first and see in high resolution and usse pehle aankhon ki check karvalo!
this is a bad video, many mistakes and is confusing
Couldn't understand a thing, worst presentation i have come across in you tube.
So sorry to hear that :-( Is there anything we could do for a better experience?
StuDyParTner just stop giving “kuchh bhi” explanation!!
