Thank you for short, very detailed info. Novice, self taught baker here. I have learned so much from you in the past week since I have discovered you :)
Thank you for sharing. I'm here to learn techniques as I bake for relaxation and for gifts to my family for holidays . I am so glad you did this video as this week I have one of my 11 grandchildren here visiting and though we did have great fun it was a huge mess admitting we did the Silicone pops but, my goodness after the clean up I just wasn't interested in even trying again. Thanks to this video I will. I had already watched the prior video where you created the cake pops so I was already intreaged. Keep up the great videos as I am enjoying your site
I can not tell you how much I love your videos. I am just sad I didn't find you earlier. You are the best. I live in Georgia and heat and humidity is bad here.. so it can be a challenge sometimes... But you have helped me understand what I was doing wrong... Thank you soooo very much...
Love this video perfect timing for me as well lol, for brushes I like to use makeup brushes (obviously brand new ones guys lol ) because they are made for that type of powdery products.
These looks so beautiful!! 🤩🤩Mine were a cake pop fail from beginning to end 😂😂 they were cracking and falling off the stick when I would dip them 🤦🏽♀️
I just recently made cake pops again after swearing them off and I actually did pretty good I think!! Lol I did a whole dessert table with chocolate covered strawberries, Oreos, jumbo marshmallows and of course the cake pops
I had a big question . After I dip the cake pops and get them decorated do I place them in the fridge or do I leave outside in the kitchen covered ?? Until I use them
@@SweetDreamsBakeShoppe first if all thabk you so much for answering back 🥰 I'm so nervous making the cake pops never tried making them . I'm a a home baker and I really want to add cake pops to my business ..
Noone seems to conver this question.. If you put luster dust on cakesicles or pops, the colour comes off if you put it in the fridge. Then it becomes very difficult to package in celephane.. The same with colour and vodka.. Can you please cover that in a video
Love your videos so much. I love the pricing part and all the super detailed tips. Now I have a question 🙋♀️ For the cotton candy, you put it by yourself or let customers put it on themself . I remember you said on another video that cake contains cotton candy melt fast and should let them put it on before serving. Also could you make a video about what Kind of Guide we should let customers know about storage, transporting and serving a cake, Just because today my customer complain about my wrapping job because they put a cake with a paper box and cellphone wrap in a cooler full of ice. She said the half cake soaked into melted ice. I mean it is a common sense for me that we never put a paper box (even a plastic wrap outside , it is just to prevent condensation) around pure ice, we normally should use ice pack. Anyway, I feel maybe this is my obligation to let customers know stuff like this since it is my common sense not everyone else,
Yes, I let my customers put it on themselves or else it WILL melt and they will be disappointed. I did give my customer's an extensive list of written instructions, but made a note that I did not hold any responsibility for the state of the cake once it leaves the premise :).
@@SweetDreamsBakeShoppe Thank you so much for your respond. I will start to write a small instruction and probably send it to them after they order cakes. And make a print out give it to the along the cake.:)
This can happen for a few reasons, but the most common I found with mine are if the cake pop is too frozen when you insert the stick, if it’s too dry of a mixture or if the stick is too large. Hopefully that helps 🥰
I got rid of mine at home but ran into an issue at a wedding I was working that had one. They didn’t buy the fountain chocolate but got the melts. I had to use “real chocolate” but that’s way thick flow properly so I used the coconut oil to fix it.

I'm so glad, Erika! Hope to see you around again soon :)
What a great video. I had several bad experiences in my early days as a home-based baker. This video has encouraged me to try again! Thank you.
Yes! Do it! I’ve been there so many times with messing up. It’s so great once you get over that hump!
Thank you so much for your videos. Love how your pops turn out !

These look sensational. Great way to package/present them. Thank you for sharing 🤩
Thank you!! So satisfying sticking them into the floral foam.

I’m so happy you’re finding it useful!! I’ve heard it’s pretty hot over there. Our weather has been so up and down this summer-it’s a little cool now!
Wish it was here... Well back to watching your videos. Trying to find more on cake pops...
How long do you let the cake pops thaw when you take them out of the freezer? 😊
Thank you for this.. what to do so that chocolate doesnt stick in individual packaging
Beautiful!
I love all your videos...keep it up
Love the way u explain
Thank you so much Shaheel :)
Great tutorial! Do you have any tutorials showing the how to make tiny roses and placement of tiny flowers to the cake pops?
Hmmm I don't think I do, but I can definitely keep that in mind!

Yes! Makeup brushes are a great alternative too. I am in love with Sweet Stick’s new brush line!!

Been there my friend!!! 💕🥰
They turned out so well but it does remind me why I don't do cake pops anymore!
😂😂 I go through such phases with them that’s for sure!!
Hi, Nicely done! I make cake pops often and love them.See you soon. Hugs, Dolores 🥰
Nice to see you again, Dolores!

How long can they be stored in the freezer

Fridge is best if you have the space!!

I can't find any video covering whether you can refrigerate after it has been decorated, especially with paints.. Pls make video
Really surprised how much work is involved in something that supposed to be an easy item. They look too nice to eat .
They aren’t as easy as people think. They aren’t hard to do but they can be pretty time consuming!!!!!!
Yes! Lots of work, but definitely fun once you get the hang of it 🥰
They are alot easy to make. Then to make french macarons 😵💫
I use small sprinkles and add the dust to the sprinkles and dip my pop into it. Make sure your cake pop is dry as they can damage the pop .

Would love to see them! 💕🥰
So, if using regular chocolate you have to temper it? Zx
Yep
Correct or else it will never get that nice crisp snap on the outside :)
First comment, yay!
Love your videos💕
🥰💕🥳
What is the name of the metallic silver? I can't see.
It’s Sweet Sticks’ lustre dust in light silver 💕

My cake pops crack when I put my stick in and don’t know why.

Coconut oil works great if you’re using regular chocolate with a chocolate fountain.
I have a chocolate fountain, but...haven't had any fun gatherings to use it at in recent times!!!
I got rid of mine at home but ran into an issue at a wedding I was working that had one. They didn’t buy the fountain chocolate but got the melts. I had to use “real chocolate” but that’s way thick flow properly so I used the coconut oil to fix it.
And again, I'm watching these until mine look like yours lol....
hehe you will get there, Tabatha!
