Hi Josie, I make a beautiful elderberry syrup each winter. It has one cup of dried organic elderberries, and a lot of freshly grated ginger. I add 6 cups of filtered water to a pot, put the elderberry and ginger in and simmer for one hour. Once off the stove I add 2 tablespoons of honey. So great as an immunity tonic and to help with colds and flu ❤❤
