How tight you put the chain and how do you wire the back of the garage door opener for the safety switches and on and off switch you can’t skip that part
I did not, though maybe you need to change the angle of the arm bracket? There are a few different hole options, if you make the bracket more vertical (shorter) in the closed position it should help keep the door down, since more force is pointed down.
Yes, it's got a big reel of wire for the door button and very long wires attached to the sensors. I had more than enough to get from the bottom of the door up to the unit and to the button on the all on the other side of the garage.

Cant connect mine to the app. Everything else works fine
Use caps not just tape
If it were AC mains power or something I would, but it's low voltage so tape is sufficient. Really I should use some heat shrink butt connectors...
