How do you find good estate sales with toys? Craigslist? All the ones around me never have toys. Do you have to travel really far and be the first person there to get all the good stuff? Does a haul this good happen once a month or once a year?
I totally forgot about the fish Smooshee until I saw it in this video. Totally had one as a kid.
I find estate sales through Craigslist, estatesalefinder.com, estatesales.net, and I get on the list of all of my area estate sale companies. I check out all of the sales every week and get on the lists, if they have them. I have found many sales with toys recently, but sometimes I can go months without finding much in the way of toys. I'm not great at getting there first so I would probably get more if I was.

You must be doing pretty well with reselling for an extra cut for yourself. On an average, how well do you tend to do? Like 20%, 50%? Just curious. It looks like a lot of extra work, so you should be getting a good take.
It depends on the item. Those popples sold for $35. I paid $2. I try to get things I can get a minimum of $10 profit on. But sometimes I do emotional buying! Buying all the stuff is the fun part!
