      She has a lot of other keto friendly desserts and recipes. The dough mix is our favorite as we make cinnamon rolls, garlic knots and other tasty low carb treats with it.

    On the OMAD, you mentioned your body pushing back. If you don’t mind me asking, what were some of the symptoms ? It may be helpful for some if they experience this, and to understand it may be from OMAD, and eating twice a day may be the remedy.       That’s a really good question. So at right around a year, Mark started noticing that his resting metabolic rate and lean muscle began to decrease as his body fat increased. We believe that this was due to the high intensity workouts he was doing several times a week without adequate protein. Basically his body began utilizing some of his muscle for other functions. The body fat increase was a natural result of the reduced RMR. He probably could have averted this by supplementing with an amino acid or something similar but he chose to start eating more frequently which reversed the issue.

    Love the upgrade ❤ I really love your channel. Repect your views, knowledge, experience and mostly your love of Jesus Christ. I am 68 years old from Iowa. I am following a low-carb way of eating. Mostly ptoteins and alittle low-carb vegs. I fast 16/8. No snacking. Stop eating at 6pm. I am dowm 45 lbs from July and have 65 lbs to go. My problems: since a kid is that I dont sleep welI, I just started moving a little again after 1 year severe bout of planter-fasciitis (getting better finally. Praise God), so I need to start moving more again, I do not think I am getting enough fat in my diet. We tend to eat leaner meats. Do you have any suggestions how I can get more "fats" in my diet without eating a stick of butter.😅 Thanks guys for being here. God Bless.

      Thanks so much for subscribing and for the kind words! It sounds like you are on the right track for sure.
      If you want to increase your fats try adding in ghee, lard or beef tallow into your foods. We go to our local butcher and have them take the renderings from ribeyes and ground them for us. We have ground beef from a a cow that was butchered for us but it was too lean so we add in some of the ribeye fat to the meat. It tastes great. You can also add avocado oil into your foods for the extra fat.

    Hello - I just saw your channel for the first time and it was very good information 👍. Does Apple cider supplement pills 💊 count as a positive towards metabolism? It’s hard for women over a certain age! Thanks 🙏

      I don’t have much experience with ACV but I have used it in the past to help lower blood sugar and to help control acid reflux. Some folks have claimed that it helps with satiety so they feel less hungry but I’m not aware of any studies with regard to it helping with metabolism.
