ONKYO HT-R290 does not turn on/shuts down diagnostic

This Amp (onkyo ht-r290) turns on then shuts down the issue could be a shorted amp ic.

so my receiver has begun to act the same exact way as in this video. did you ever end up replacing the IC? i am willing to give it a shot but was just curious if you did and it fixed it.

Hi my Onkyo model is HT-R548. i think the same problem with your unit. I brought the unit for repair. and they said problem on HDMI board.also, not available. On your opinion the HDMI board is the reason of No power? where can i download the schematic diagram? Thanks
