I have a pagoda plant Forest currently in my backyard they are all taller than me I am 5 ft even. now that the big girls have grown up I'm going to start growing a little ones a little bit more carefully and eventually I will put a nice bench under them I wish I could share pictures they are so pretty thank you for this video I'm totally Wingin It for the last 2 years. Started my first beautiful girl with a seed 3 years ago
Wow, I’ve only grown them from the pups, I’ve never grown them from seeds. I don’t seem to have much luck with seeds, but the pagoda give out so many volunteers. They’re so beautiful!
We usually compost the cuttings. If you get one plant, you’ll likely have several more because they send out a lot of runners. I haven’t been very successful propagating it from cuttings.

I love my Pagoda blooms as well- they attract swallowtails too!

I prune my Pagoda plants any time between now and late February. I will also prune them as needed when the blooms fade throughout the blooming season.
I’m new to Tampa. When do you prune them?
