It happened to me twice in one day
I did the newest duplication glitch on accident a few days ago and thought I found something no one else knows. Then bam he releases a video on how to do it this morning and now I'm wondering if my switch is bugged lol.

I liked this little addition to the stables. I never really used them outside places to travel and beetle so it was nice to have a little thing to unlock by using them
I used them for their cooking pots
It sucks that the Ancient Saddle and Ancient Bridle from BOTW doesn't seem to be in this game as it made Horses MUCH more useful.

For those of you wondering about the monster saddle and bridle, you get them from kilton by taking pics of monsters he wants.
You do not have to fight them. Just take a picture of them.

I'm happy that Kicker is back with me on this game. That mf almost killed me the first time I tried to tame it in BotW and we've been through hundreds of hours of playthrough together since.
I got a royal horse and named it golden eye, and I’m so happy that I get the horses back from the first game, I didn’t have a lot of horses but still though, it’s cool.
Love the grind, bro's dropping the hardest bangers with no break at all.

Poney points is coming in clutch INFINITELY more than I expected.
You can also get pony points by completing the picture side quest you get in each stable. There's an empty picture frame in the stable where the owner wants you to take a picture to put up there.
Wait, that's not just for Gerudo Canyon stable? Looks like I have stables to go back to.

I love how I've noticed that everyone refers to Malanya as a her when in game he's referred to as he. Probably bc he's similar to the great fairies.
To help remember, Malanya is called the Horse God not the Horse Godess

I miss the ancient saddle :"( was hoping it would've been one of the later rewards
almost all of the ancient tech from botw has somehow completely vanished, all that seems to be left is ancient arrowheads and the stuff in the towers along with the divine beast masks
I’m guessing it won’t be in the game given the ancient stuff has been replaced by zonai stuff.

Something funny about your videos is that I usually go "I should do X" and a few hours of being sidetracked later I see you upload a video titled "A Guide to X" or some other title variant and I go "I should do that right now" so I go do it on my own (to avoid spoiling the experience) and _then_ I watch your video and, without fail, I go "So you can do it like that! That makes so much sense!" or "I never noticed that pattern! That would've made this so much easier!" and it's always such a blast.
This game is magical and the videos you put out just show me how that magic can go in so many different ways. Thanks so much for all the hard work!
P.S. Pristine Weapons guide? Pretty sure that's already on your to-do list but I just found some stuff out on my own and it's AWESOME and I'd love to see a video on these weapons.

Was kinda hoping they'd give the ancient horse armor that warps your horse to you I'd probably use my horse over zonai stuff for traversal then
This might not be as mention worthy since it is a one-time reward, but you get a pony point as well as the stable's "signature dish" (the recipe posted at each stable) by doing that stable's picture quest. At the beginning all the stables have at least one empty picture frame. Interacting with it will give you a quest to take a picture of something (and a sidequest).

Just a tiny minor correction re: Malanya beds/dreams. Even if you haven't been to see Malanya yet, if you keep sleeping in the Malanya bed at you can still get various types of dreams, like Malanya telling you where to find good horses or even other points of interest around the map.
when editing i have to summarize things, and sometime i just dont get technical to avoid confusion. I believe there is a flag for "1st time in Malanya bed" that checks if you have given her the endura carrot. if you have then this flag is cleared and you get other messages. if it isn't cleared then your first sleep in her location.

All of the TOTK videos are amazing and informative! Is there any chance you could do something involving fairy farming? I haven’t unlocked the great fairies yet so I’m not sure if they have fairies around like BOTW
The travelers saddle and bridle use to be amibo exclusive to the botw link and horse. Glad you can obtain it in game now.

There is a Yiga Mission within the Gerudo Canyon, behind a waterfall a Yiga Blade Master will give you a mission to give a banana to each location marked on your map, and what you get is an Untarnished Eightfold Longblade, with a Shrine behind it with a Big Energy Battery.

When I discovered the pony points I just kept sleeping at the stables to grind up to the final saddle and quit.

Maybe in like a week or so, could we get a review of the game from you Austin? I got to a point in the story where I feel meh about it, and want to know if anyone else has that same feeling(I got the master sword and all the memories, but haven’t done the Zora quest line yet)
The sleep over tickets alternate with endura carrots, so to get the 5 carrots it's 150 rupees, except on the 5th cycle since there will be 1 carrot left over from each round, so the 5th cycle will give 1 free 180 rupee dish.
I dunno why, but I like editing Austin way more than video Austin.

Points also awarded for the stable paintings quest. Look at the empty frame on the wall Do the quest get the point and a nice picture in the empty frame
This was great but I have a few corrections!
If you sleep in a Malanya bed without having visited them, they will still tell you about the locations of good horses.
And you are able to change the hair style of unique horses with the exception of giant horses!
Not gonna lie I love that saddle and bridle that let the horse travel whenever you called it. Anybody?
I don’t even care about the pony points, but Austin John makes a video about it and all the sudden I want pony points.
Behind the dueling peaks stable pass the wizzrobe there are consistently 15 out of 20 stat horses.
I love the lengths some people are going to to get rupees, meanwhile my rupee obtaining method is to just spend 150 poes each (pretty easy to get just running around the depths) on the dark link tunic and the tunic of the depths, and then just sell them for rupees (each one sells for 600 rupees, assuming you haven't upgraded them, so you're basically turning 300 poes into 1200 rupees). Granted, you gotta wait for the bargainer statues to restock those items (or spend more poes for other clothing items that'll still sell for 600 rupees), but being able to get 1200 rupees so quickly still feels like a pretty good deal to me.

I'm trying to use my near perfect horse as much as possible in the game, so I will be sleeping at the stables a lot. I'm glad there's a good reason to do that.

@@randomcatname7792 I only got the game last friday. I haven't found the time to beeline it straight there, and even if I found her spring I don't have enough to wake her up. Also, the only reason why I even have a near perfect horse is because of the BotW save transfer feature.
