Ingredients
5 Eggs
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 Finely chopped onions
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 & ½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Chopped Tomato
Salt to Taste
1 Green Chilli finely Chopped
2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Butter
Some Coriander Leaves for garnishing.
