The stuff Wally was saying in the "Help" audio clip seems very suspicious. When he said, "I think that means you can hear me." In the Help audio file, makes me believe he hopes we can hear him to get help. Home and Wally are trying to reach out for help in any way they can. Maybe that phone ringing was Wally calling through his own phone wanting that employee to answer it. That's why the Wally puppet looked almost like it wanted the phone to be answered.
From some of the audio, it sounds like Wally really wants to talk to the neighbor (not sure if that’s a good or bad thing yet). He knows that we are here, and he's confident we can hear him. Wally does seem to know we can’t talk back/he can’t hear us so he seems to fill our half of the conversation. It feels very in line with how kids shows have pauses so the children can answer. 11:06 here it again sounds like he just *really* wants to see/talk to the viewer. Again, not sure if that’s good or bad but he very much wants out of his world and into ours
Also I have two theories! Wally is trying to reach out to us and trying to lure us because there is a monster /demon trying to kill him and the thing wants too manifest in us. (yk the black goop) so he's trying to protect us.
The other theory is that HOME is corrupted by the black goop and is locking Wally inside it so he wants to get out. He might also be trying to hypnotize us to do his bidding, for eg the employee who created the goop spiral thing that is perhaps a portal.
Wally is calling to us bc he is trapped since we are in the human world he needs a human being to escape and defeat home and protect his friends and us
I have an idea as to the true meaning of the audio clips. Rather than wally talking to the viewer, they may be talking to the employee and trying to lure them in with kindness and concern before turning more hostile. This especially lines up due to some of the story points like the nightmare and the will audio clip, as well as a few others. It seems to paint a picture of the employee seeing wally in his dreams and trying to fight back against him as he slowly loses his mind while wally tries to manipulate him, slowly turning hostile as the employee resists and won’t “let him in” so to speak. It may seem a bit out there but some stuff definitely lines up when you match them up together.
I don’t know if you saw this when I posted this on a previous video so if you don’t mind I’ll say it again. I still don’t think Wally is the villain. Him reaching out, while it may come off as scary, could be him reaching for help. Even in the secret Wally audio where Wally says, “Let me in.” while that scared me the first time I heard it, after listening to it as well as the other Wally audios, I don’t think he’s expressing aggression, but desperation. Also the audio that you get when you click the spiral on the ‘So Below’ page, is Home saying ‘Help Me’ in Morse code. Now we don’t know for sure that Home is telling us because Wally is the threat. Some possibilities could be Home needs our help in helping Wally, because while Home can shelter Wally, in terms of Wally’s mental/emotional state Home can only do so much being just a house. It could also be that if the villain isn’t Wally or Home, it could be, as I mentioned in a comment on a previous video, a third party that’s threatening Wally, Home and possibly the rest of the neighborhood. Until we possibly get more information in a possible future update, I still don’t think we should label Wally as evil just yet. That’s just my take.
This is a dumb theory, but, I can't let it go. What if all of the other characters have somehow gotten out into the real world, as humans (somehow?), and lost their memories of their time on the show. The reason Wally and Home are the only ones left is because Home being a house obviously can't leave and Wally either is an extension of Home, thus can't leave, or was hesitant to abandon Home. And what if those puppet-turned-human characters are now the people who are on The Welcome Home Restoration Project. Maybe the employee that went crazy and (maybe) died lost it because they regained their memories of being a puppet.
I love how when the website was just gaining a lot more attention we all thought home was all evil (some of us still do, too!) and now the trend is that wally is evil now (and the other popular theory is that home and wally need help!) It's just funny how we changed our minds so quickly 💀 (also you're feeding us so much welcome home content I love it 💖)
Posting this again I feel like Wally isn’t evil. However, he is trying to reach out for help in ways that would/are driving people insane/crazy. Cause he’s a puppet that’s sort of alive. That would freak anyone out. Good or evil, I’m confident that Home and Wally are in this together. They presented as such close friends that it feels hard to believe them to be opposing forces. Also, I’m POSITIVE that the other puppets are sentient. But maybe Wally is the only one who’s self aware about it being a show, and that’s why he’s the odd one out. Or maybe Wally is the only one who has the power to reach out and the others are silenced. The reason I think the other puppets are alive is the secret video clips. Those video clips seem too authentic to be scripted for show episodes. They all sound like real people (massive props to the VAs) and the conversations seem so natural. Plus previous art for Welcome Home shows horror for Julie, Barney, and Frank.

I believe , that even the neighbors are noticing how Wally is acting but still trying to go along with the "script" I believe in an audio with Barnaby he's asking Wally if he's ok and was out of character for the show...maybe Wally isn't even Wally anymore , maybe house is the puppeteer FOR Wally
I saw a drawing of someone with the complete sentence being "I will help you understand Neighbor, I will find a way soon." And actually I think the "Neighbor" being there makes sense as Wally said in the audio before that you can hear his Home and this one is Home noises. Also, to me, the morse code rather say "Hello" than "Help me", which kind of freaks me out more...
Just a small theory but when you go to the staff only page, you see caps blacklight text on the things and then lowercase text on the pages. I think lowercase is the worker, and the all caps is wally. Something else that I find interesting if you go back into the guestbook (this is from past updates too) the hidden wally messages - "you're looking for me. silly. silly." and "you won't write back" he's trying to reach out to the same employee. we don't know when the ringing started. but we know on the news page, the writer talks about the ringing... so its the same person who writes the updates on the news (maybe home page) to add on - smaller theory. but i'm unsure or not but it's still worth adding. what if the cds were also for the employee? mainly from the evidence of "why won't you answer me, neighbor. why can't i hear you. you know me. you do. please open. let me in." cd. and another thing of "i have more eyes than i did before. you know how to draw eyes. you draw mine many times. i know thanks to you, neighbor, that i can see. but it is... still... i can't... see." maybe it's referring to when the restoration team. like as seen on the about us page, they get the old art and refurb it into a digital state. very very lengthy post, but i can't get welcome home off my brain at all so i'm just theorizing left and right LOL
Bonus detail to back up the theory: if I'm right, we often learn the capitalized letter first when we learn how to write or at least there's slight priority for learning how to use capitalization correctly, so the capitalization being Wally would fit the demographic the show is for like how Wally is on a similar intellectual level as his audience to be more relatable for them. It might also suggest dominance and superiority vs. inferiority of who is more dangerous or who has more power.
Maybe Wally could be trap somewhere in the void of nothingness all alone with only home like he can't take it anymore trying not to go insane. Maybe home is trying to protect Wally not to make him go crazy, because i feel like they are not evil in anyway shape or form. Wally is just lonely and trap and tbh this guess? reminds me of the song by Melanie Martinez song, Void basically feeling trap not being yourself like everything in darkness is unknown. So, what I've noticed. Apples play a large part in the lore. My theory, Wally is possessed by a demonic figure. Us drawing eyes is opening portals. Him demanding to be let in. Is him wanting to possess us. House is the only witness to Wally all the time. And is literally pleading for help.

I don't know if this was brought up in later videos, since I'm still catching up, but Note: Everything Clown posted outside of the website is NOT canon. The whole thing of Wally being a cult leader and all those scary drawings were concept art, aka: not final products, and only ideas that were left behind. The fact Clown is so open to posting them most likely means that those ideas/plot lines etc are completely out now. Also, Wally was never seen /killing/ the others. The one with Barnaby was more of Wally "creating" something new, which was also Barnaby's old design, giving the implication that maybe some older, now discarded ideas for Welcome Home could have included Wally creating the others, or being in control of them. Other than that, I love all the stuff you're putting on your videos!

For some reason when you mentioned the swirls and the potential of it meaning a portal, my brain thought his hair was a portal for a second 😂😂😂. But a small theory I have is maybe the eyes that we make only acts more like a camera that take photographs so he can't see what we are actually doing, hence why he is asking why are we so still. Probably also why he can't see even with all these new eyes. But that's just a theory.

I don’t know if people have found this or if it works, but on the museum there’s a work list or work sheet thing with numbers 1-5. And it’s like “which one is the brightest, which one is the funniest, and who’s your best friend”. I saw someone put together glitched letters from the website into a url and it gave a video, maybe if you take the first letter of each of the five answers from this work sheet, you might find something. I know the answer to the “who shines the brightest” is the sun character, and the best friend is wally. Let me know if anything comes of this, or if it’s already been found 👍
Considering the fact that Wally can't seem to understand Home's language (the Beautiful Dreamer audio), my guess is that Home feels at least safe enough to speak up, taking advantage of Wally trying to communicate with us without letting him know what he's realy saying. He's probably seeing Wally's behavior becoming more unhinged and is reaching out to whoever Wally is talking to.

I think the question we should be asking is. Why would Home need help? It most likely isn’t from Wally, as we know Wally should be as tall or shorter than Home’s door. Home is alive, and if it can/has told Wally things it wants to do like play croquet then clearly Wally has a respect or likes home (unless that was just for the show). I’m thinking Home needs help because of whatever substance is below it, and on the walls of the museum. We know it’s toxic in some way, so maybe it hurts Home? Although it is odd Home is saying “Help me” and not “Help us”
Ok ok, I’m not sure you’ll ever see this theory, and I’m not sure if someone else has done this theory, (me and a friend worked on this theory after two days after the update) but here it goes, this is our goop theory. So in the update of the website, we see this dark goop, we first see it under home, even before we had the update. On the playfellow exhibit you see the staff only having goop spread all over the walls. Many have think this is a portal, but I believe this goop is the reason why the show was cancelled all together. Basically back when the show first started a goop appeared under Home and slowly but surely took control over Wally to the point when airing a episode caused chaos when taking over Wally. This goop would then attack the other puppet performers and characters, to the point they had to lock it in the safe we see in the work sheet. That’s why the goop is dripping out of the safe, cause this goop was the very reason Welcome Home no longer exist. This goop is becoming more and more alive, getting eyes and looking over at walls and ceilings, and how is it getting this power? because it’s taking over the Welcome Home world. Also addition to this. this is why Wally is so keen to getting out and having us the viewer understand what’s happening, because he knows what happen and wants us to try to trap this goop because it is now once again escaping into our world, or at the very least is trying to warn us to not let this goop take over the real world, after what it had done this is world. It’s almost like a disease that’s so desperate to get out. It has already made one of the staff members go crazy because he touched the goop. And it seems it’ll be spreading more and more because of this goop being locked in the safe. (There is me and my friend theory, sorry it’s long, and sorry if it’s similar to other theory’s! 😅)
I believe the film clips of the characters show that in their pov they are alive like ALIVE no tv sets or anything They are alive and see the world like we do Wally is the only one who sees us and knows this is a show so that’s why he’s zoning out and only stops when the others call his name
This is screaming memetic hazard. Just knowing about this show or whatever is going on with the contents could make you sick or go insane. I feel like there is no 'villain' per say, but this thing that could be separating us from their world or any type of communication can't be good. everyone is a pawn including the characters in the show.

The distortion might be the "other Wally" from the Guest Book who wrote WaLLY. I think that if Home is being corrupted then that is them speaking through Wally, luring us in to let them out. Also hearing the Morse Code again, what if that is Wally still?

Alright, so I may be completely off about this (and a bit off my rocker too), but there’s something just… really strange about the way the people in the guestbook talk. They talk as if they visited the neighborhood itself, not just the website. On the first page, someone named Shamarooy says: “Thank you for inviting me into such a lovely home.” While this may be a throwaway, like they were roleplaying for fun as if they were in the world, the text is doubled like a glitch? Which obviously means there is an emphasis on this statement. Near the beginning of the guestbook someone named Scott asks where he is. Wally simply draws a smile. A smile that Wally tells Scott that he is with him. I understand these are real people who wrote these messages, but what if there’s more to it? Another person, Cyborg, said “Look, I’m on tv!” My theory is that somehow souls of people may be trapped within the website or objects? What if the employee’s name was Scott, and he’s asking where he was because he suddenly found himself in this limbo full of the colorful puppets with hundreds of other people who only feel joy? More evidence? In the guestbook, ‘ant’ says “I know what you are.” What does Wally respond with? Tic-Tac-Toe. So I was pretty confused, and started looking at the origins of Tic-Tac-Toe. Apparently it was linked to pagan rituals, specifically a game called Magic Squares which uses numerological messages to cast spells. When Clair writes that she’s seen their art all over Tumblr, Tumblr is is blacked out. Why would that be? Is it relating to Wally being able to see through fanarts like you said? Alex’s comment is scribbled out, all I could make out was “This website has secrets” or something like that. On page six, the name tag is simply ‘. . .’, and they ask, like Scott, ‘where am I?’ They write quite a bit, describing what they see and that they need help immediately. So I am going to reword my theory a bit; many of the comments state that they love being in the neighborhood, others scared and sentient, not knowing where they are. What if, and I’m saying just theoretically, Wally is kidnapping people himself? People who get too close, and are pulled into his rift in realty, and then forced to live happily in his neighborhood. He does this by doing rituals of some sort, as seen when he is almost praising Home’s eye? If the Morse code for Home is saying help, perhaps the souls are trapped specifically in Home, and are living in a dream while stuck? Maybe even the collection of souls into Home could oven a rift for Wally to come into our world. But hey, that’s just a theory. AN ARG THEORY!

I personally believe wally wasn't evil at first but slowly started to become evil. many theorize that Wally is part of some cult or is worshipping something evil, many think it would be home because of one of the secret picture but I think it's different, I believe that Wally is worshipping home and home is turning Wally evil but I believe home is being controlled by something else and when home cries for help it could be that they are in control of something and they can't escape it which that thing is turning Wally and creating the downfall of welcome home, My other theory is that It could just be Wally in control of everything and is using home of a way of doing it, maybe home once was a living person in the neighborhood but Wally did something to them turning them into home and maybe forcing them to join his side and maybe Wally just worships home for doing a good job at keeping quiet and staying with him.
Wally sound really desperate. I think the "let me in" audio is that is trying to calm down but he's not. I was thinking today that since a human built him for him we are like gods. But to me he knows that a god gave us life, so we are not such superior beings. So that means that he's less than us since he's a puppet. His friends are alive, but they're mind is still in that world. I'm sure that Wally knows the amazing things that we create. He's tired of silly jokes and child games, he wants more! He wants to be like us! He's an artist and he's the only one, but in our world he can talk with a lot of artists, he can learn from us and maybe become better than us. Home doesn't want that he leaves their world. He wants to escape not bring us to his world. In the phone call he said that if we see him as a friend, but he doesn't think so. Than he started to play and seems much more alienated, like that thinking to be rejected is really hurtful. He wants to be loved, and specifically by humans. But he's frustrated because all his effort is vane. I'm not scared, I just feel compassion for this lonely puppet!

He knows we’re here also uh, I don’t think this is pre-recorded. He also says we have work to do and that’s something that stood out to me when he said that but if he knows we have something to do I mean, how does he even know that? And I don’t even think he’s saying that we have something to do. I think he’s telling us we have something to do. I know this whole explanation for the phone call is not really telling you anything but it’s just an analysis really. So he wants us to do some thing and that something is probably most likely to help him in someway. And it’s probably not even gonna be a good one. (Song) in this tape, it sounds like Wally is singing to the house. This song is beautiful dreamer, and he was taught by Barnaby. That sounds like what I’m saying doesn’t matter, I might not, but me a kind of mean something that Barnaby taught him something that came from you know the world we come from earth unlike there. they come from a imaginary place that revolves around eight puppets, and a random house is the fact that Barnaby was able to teach Wally about the song is a bit weird. I don’t think anyone focusing on that aspect that Barnaby taught him that but he did. The second weirdest fact for me is that he singing to house this song which is weird kind of makes me speculate why he had to sing it or why he even did. I don’t know. Maybe he can tell the house is expressions and somethings off with it. However, it was it doesn’t deny the fact that one he singing to the house and two it’s a song from earth. (Theory) Finally, for the part, I’ve been waiting to express, here we go For a while now it seems like I swear everyone knew this, but Wally is obviously talking to us to get our attention. (Also, this theory is supposed to revolve around Wally being good) And we don’t know why, so personally what I think is that Wally is trapped inside that world and is trying to get out. Today so he’s trying to grab the attention of the viewer and is trying to make them let him in into this world. At the same time, only doing this secretly without anyone knowing, or should I say without home knowing. He sings this song to keep home bay, while he figures out a plan to escape the world. He is trapped in. The question is why would he want to escape? I think is there may be is a corruption going on. Corruption going on corrupting every block every place in the world he is in and the more time it takes for him to get out the less time he has to get out. That’s why you hear a voice in the back that sounds much more daemonic and sinister than the actual voice of him. Because maybe it’s trying to corrupt him? Another theory I have is that home is planing something and he is using Wally as his “puppet” to do his own work. But hey that’s just a theory, a welcome home theory! (Have a good day!)

From some of the audio, it sounds like Wally really wants to talk to the neighbor (not sure if that’s a good or bad thing yet).
He knows that we are here, and he's confident we can hear him. Wally does seem to know we can’t talk back/he can’t hear us so he seems to fill our half of the conversation.
It feels very in line with how kids shows have pauses so the children can answer.

Also I have two theories! Wally is trying to reach out to us and trying to lure us because there is a monster /demon trying to kill him and the thing wants too manifest in us. (yk the black goop) so he's trying to protect us.
The other theory is that HOME is corrupted by the black goop and is locking Wally inside it so he wants to get out. He might also be trying to hypnotize us to do his bidding, for eg the employee who created the goop spiral thing that is perhaps a portal.
Welcome Home is so cool! You can tell that the whole project is just dripping with love, and all the characters are so unique and inspired ❤💛💙

I have an idea as to the true meaning of the audio clips. Rather than wally talking to the viewer, they may be talking to the employee and trying to lure them in with kindness and concern before turning more hostile. This especially lines up due to some of the story points like the nightmare and the will audio clip, as well as a few others. It seems to paint a picture of the employee seeing wally in his dreams and trying to fight back against him as he slowly loses his mind while wally tries to manipulate him, slowly turning hostile as the employee resists and won’t “let him in” so to speak. It may seem a bit out there but some stuff definitely lines up when you match them up together.
I don’t know if you saw this when I posted this on a previous video so if you don’t mind I’ll say it again.
I still don’t think Wally is the villain. Him reaching out, while it may come off as scary, could be him reaching for help. Even in the secret Wally audio where Wally says, “Let me in.” while that scared me the first time I heard it, after listening to it as well as the other Wally audios, I don’t think he’s expressing aggression, but desperation. Also the audio that you get when you click the spiral on the ‘So Below’ page, is Home saying ‘Help Me’ in Morse code. Now we don’t know for sure that Home is telling us because Wally is the threat. Some possibilities could be Home needs our help in helping Wally, because while Home can shelter Wally, in terms of Wally’s mental/emotional state Home can only do so much being just a house. It could also be that if the villain isn’t Wally or Home, it could be, as I mentioned in a comment on a previous video, a third party that’s threatening Wally, Home and possibly the rest of the neighborhood. Until we possibly get more information in a possible future update, I still don’t think we should label Wally as evil just yet. That’s just my take.

This is a dumb theory, but, I can't let it go. What if all of the other characters have somehow gotten out into the real world, as humans (somehow?), and lost their memories of their time on the show. The reason Wally and Home are the only ones left is because Home being a house obviously can't leave and Wally either is an extension of Home, thus can't leave, or was hesitant to abandon Home.
And what if those puppet-turned-human characters are now the people who are on The Welcome Home Restoration Project. Maybe the employee that went crazy and (maybe) died lost it because they regained their memories of being a puppet.
I love how when the website was just gaining a lot more attention we all thought home was all evil (some of us still do, too!) and now the trend is that wally is evil now (and the other popular theory is that home and wally need help!) It's just funny how we changed our minds so quickly 💀

I feel like Wally isn’t evil. However, he is trying to reach out for help in ways that would/are driving people insane/crazy. Cause he’s a puppet that’s sort of alive. That would freak anyone out. Good or evil, I’m confident that Home and Wally are in this together. They presented as such close friends that it feels hard to believe them to be opposing forces.
Also, I’m POSITIVE that the other puppets are sentient. But maybe Wally is the only one who’s self aware about it being a show, and that’s why he’s the odd one out. Or maybe Wally is the only one who has the power to reach out and the others are silenced.
The reason I think the other puppets are alive is the secret video clips. Those video clips seem too authentic to be scripted for show episodes. They all sound like real people (massive props to the VAs) and the conversations seem so natural. Plus previous art for Welcome Home shows horror for Julie, Barney, and Frank.

I saw a drawing of someone with the complete sentence being "I will help you understand Neighbor, I will find a way soon." And actually I think the "Neighbor" being there makes sense as Wally said in the audio before that you can hear his Home and this one is Home noises. Also, to me, the morse code rather say "Hello" than "Help me", which kind of freaks me out more...
Just a small theory but when you go to the staff only page, you see caps blacklight text on the things and then lowercase text on the pages. I think lowercase is the worker, and the all caps is wally. Something else that I find interesting if you go back into the guestbook (this is from past updates too) the hidden wally messages - "you're looking for me. silly. silly." and "you won't write back" he's trying to reach out to the same employee. we don't know when the ringing started. but we know on the news page, the writer talks about the ringing... so its the same person who writes the updates on the news (maybe home page)
to add on - smaller theory. but i'm unsure or not but it's still worth adding. what if the cds were also for the employee? mainly from the evidence of "why won't you answer me, neighbor. why can't i hear you. you know me. you do. please open. let me in." cd. and another thing of "i have more eyes than i did before. you know how to draw eyes. you draw mine many times. i know thanks to you, neighbor, that i can see. but it is... still... i can't... see." maybe it's referring to when the restoration team. like as seen on the about us page, they get the old art and refurb it into a digital state.

Bonus detail to back up the theory: if I'm right, we often learn the capitalized letter first when we learn how to write or at least there's slight priority for learning how to use capitalization correctly, so the capitalization being Wally would fit the demographic the show is for like how Wally is on a similar intellectual level as his audience to be more relatable for them.
It might also suggest dominance and superiority vs. inferiority of who is more dangerous or who has more power.
Maybe Wally could be trap somewhere in the void of nothingness all alone with only home like he can't take it anymore trying not to go insane. Maybe home is trying to protect Wally not to make him go crazy, because i feel like they are not evil in anyway shape or form. Wally is just lonely and trap and tbh this guess? reminds me of the song by Melanie Martinez song, Void basically feeling trap not being yourself like everything in darkness is unknown. So, what I've noticed. Apples play a large part in the lore. My theory, Wally is possessed by a demonic figure. Us drawing eyes is opening portals. Him demanding to be let in. Is him wanting to possess us. House is the only witness to Wally all the time. And is literally pleading for help.

Note: Everything Clown posted outside of the website is NOT canon. The whole thing of Wally being a cult leader and all those scary drawings were concept art, aka: not final products, and only ideas that were left behind. The fact Clown is so open to posting them most likely means that those ideas/plot lines etc are completely out now.
Also, Wally was never seen /killing/ the others. The one with Barnaby was more of Wally "creating" something new, which was also Barnaby's old design, giving the implication that maybe some older, now discarded ideas for Welcome Home could have included Wally creating the others, or being in control of them.

For some reason when you mentioned the swirls and the potential of it meaning a portal, my brain thought his hair was a portal for a second 😂😂😂. But a small theory I have is maybe the eyes that we make only acts more like a camera that take photographs so he can't see what we are actually doing, hence why he is asking why are we so still. Probably also why he can't see even with all these new eyes. But that's just a theory.

I don’t know if people have found this or if it works, but on the museum there’s a work list or work sheet thing with numbers 1-5. And it’s like “which one is the brightest, which one is the funniest, and who’s your best friend”. I saw someone put together glitched letters from the website into a url and it gave a video, maybe if you take the first letter of each of the five answers from this work sheet, you might find something. I know the answer to the “who shines the brightest” is the sun character, and the best friend is wally. Let me know if anything comes of this, or if it’s already been found 👍
Considering the fact that Wally can't seem to understand Home's language (the Beautiful Dreamer audio), my guess is that Home feels at least safe enough to speak up, taking advantage of Wally trying to communicate with us without letting him know what he's realy saying. He's probably seeing Wally's behavior becoming more unhinged and is reaching out to whoever Wally is talking to.

It most likely isn’t from Wally, as we know Wally should be as tall or shorter than Home’s door. Home is alive, and if it can/has told Wally things it wants to do like play croquet then clearly Wally has a respect or likes home (unless that was just for the show).
I’m thinking Home needs help because of whatever substance is below it, and on the walls of the museum. We know it’s toxic in some way, so maybe it hurts Home? Although it is odd Home is saying “Help me” and not “Help us”

Ok ok, I’m not sure you’ll ever see this theory, and I’m not sure if someone else has done this theory, (me and a friend worked on this theory after two days after the update) but here it goes, this is our goop theory. So in the update of the website, we see this dark goop, we first see it under home, even before we had the update. On the playfellow exhibit you see the staff only having goop spread all over the walls. Many have think this is a portal, but I believe this goop is the reason why the show was cancelled all together. Basically back when the show first started a goop appeared under Home and slowly but surely took control over Wally to the point when airing a episode caused chaos when taking over Wally. This goop would then attack the other puppet performers and characters, to the point they had to lock it in the safe we see in the work sheet. That’s why the goop is dripping out of the safe, cause this goop was the very reason Welcome Home no longer exist. This goop is becoming more and more alive, getting eyes and looking over at walls and ceilings, and how is it getting this power? because it’s taking over the Welcome Home world. Also addition to this. this is why Wally is so keen to getting out and having us the viewer understand what’s happening, because he knows what happen and wants us to try to trap this goop because it is now once again escaping into our world, or at the very least is trying to warn us to not let this goop take over the real world, after what it had done this is world. It’s almost like a disease that’s so desperate to get out. It has already made one of the staff members go crazy because he touched the goop. And it seems it’ll be spreading more and more because of this goop being locked in the safe. (There is me and my friend theory, sorry it’s long, and sorry if it’s similar to other theory’s! 😅)

I believe the film clips of the characters show that in their pov they are alive like ALIVE no tv sets or anything They are alive and see the world like we do Wally is the only one who sees us and knows this is a show so that’s why he’s zoning out and only stops when the others call his name
This is screaming memetic hazard. Just knowing about this show or whatever is going on with the contents could make you sick or go insane. I feel like there is no 'villain' per say, but this thing that could be separating us from their world or any type of communication can't be good. everyone is a pawn including the characters in the show.

The distortion might be the "other Wally" from the Guest Book who wrote WaLLY. I think that if Home is being corrupted then that is them speaking through Wally, luring us in to let them out. Also hearing the Morse Code again, what if that is Wally still?

Alright, so I may be completely off about this (and a bit off my rocker too), but there’s something just… really strange about the way the people in the guestbook talk. They talk as if they visited the neighborhood itself, not just the website. On the first page, someone named Shamarooy says: “Thank you for inviting me into such a lovely home.” While this may be a throwaway, like they were roleplaying for fun as if they were in the world, the text is doubled like a glitch? Which obviously means there is an emphasis on this statement. Near the beginning of the guestbook someone named Scott asks where he is. Wally simply draws a smile. A smile that Wally tells Scott that he is with him. I understand these are real people who wrote these messages, but what if there’s more to it? Another person, Cyborg, said “Look, I’m on tv!”
My theory is that somehow souls of people may be trapped within the website or objects? What if the employee’s name was Scott, and he’s asking where he was because he suddenly found himself in this limbo full of the colorful puppets with hundreds of other people who only feel joy?

So I was pretty confused, and started looking at the origins of Tic-Tac-Toe. Apparently it was linked to pagan rituals, specifically a game called Magic Squares which uses numerological messages to cast spells.
When Clair writes that she’s seen their art all over Tumblr, Tumblr is is blacked out. Why would that be? Is it relating to Wally being able to see through fanarts like you said?
Alex’s comment is scribbled out, all I could make out was “This website has secrets” or something like that.
On page six, the name tag is simply ‘. . .’, and they ask, like Scott, ‘where am I?’ They write quite a bit, describing what they see and that they need help immediately.
So I am going to reword my theory a bit; many of the comments state that they love being in the neighborhood, others scared and sentient, not knowing where they are. What if, and I’m saying just theoretically, Wally is kidnapping people himself? People who get too close, and are pulled into his rift in realty, and then forced to live happily in his neighborhood. He does this by doing rituals of some sort, as seen when he is almost praising Home’s eye? If the Morse code for Home is saying help, perhaps the souls are trapped specifically in Home, and are living in a dream while stuck? Maybe even the collection of souls into Home could oven a rift for Wally to come into our world.
But hey, that’s just a theory. AN ARG THEORY!

I personally believe wally wasn't evil at first but slowly started to become evil. many theorize that Wally is part of some cult or is worshipping something evil, many think it would be home because of one of the secret picture but I think it's different, I believe that Wally is worshipping home and home is turning Wally evil but I believe home is being controlled by something else and when home cries for help it could be that they are in control of something and they can't escape it which that thing is turning Wally and creating the downfall of welcome home,
My other theory is that It could just be Wally in control of everything and is using home of a way of doing it, maybe home once was a living person in the neighborhood but Wally did something to them turning them into home and maybe forcing them to join his side and maybe Wally just worships home for doing a good job at keeping quiet and staying with him.

So on April last year clown made a post about a fan making a snack for Wally as shown in the clip he eats it but he isn’t chewing it he is just staring at it as the clown responded “That’s how he eats silly!” KEEP THIS IN MIND
If you see on the links tab with the gif of all the character with their eyes at the viewer but Wally’s eyes are longer in timer after plying it 3x instead on Wallys under eyes to hair it’s just Wallys eyes staring at us thé open gif with the misplaced letters
As I said about the April 2022 post if Wally wants us to draw his eyes and him always staring at us he is PROBABLY implying HE WANTS TO EAT US (but not in that way)

Now this might just be something that happens..or it means something?

(2nd audio clip) Now going on to the second clip (will), Wally says that we are doing something? It.. it really doesn’t say more than that so there’s nothing I can really say about this.🥲 he also says we are still? I really don’t understand what that means, so what? I’m thinking is if the website gets another update, maybe come back to this? That could explain some thing, but for now there’s nothing that this tells you.

(10th audio clip) I mean there is not much I can say about this one, it’s three words but they do tell you he’s pretty much getting irritated and he wants, just wants you to let him in. There is also a type of distortion in this voice so he is getting irritated.
(11th audio clip) so it says that it is Morse code for help me so I don’t know if it’s actually Morse code for that it’s a possibility, but at the same time if words are similar there is a chance that says something different
(Phone and song)
Now we’re onto the last two,i’ll start with the phone call
(Phone call)I just have to discuss that this is canon and not what other people think. He knows we’re here also uh, I don’t think this is pre-recorded. He also says we have work to do and that’s something that stood out to me when he said that but if he knows we have something to do I mean, how does he even know that? And I don’t even think he’s saying that we have something to do. I think he’s telling us we have something to do. I know this whole explanation for the phone call is not really telling you anything but it’s just an analysis really. So he wants us to do some thing and that something is probably most likely to help him in someway. And it’s probably not even gonna be a good one.
(Song) in this tape, it sounds like Wally is singing to the house. This song is beautiful dreamer, and he was taught by Barnaby. That sounds like what I’m saying doesn’t matter, I might not, but me a kind of mean something that Barnaby taught him something that came from you know the world we come from earth unlike there. they come from a imaginary place that revolves around eight puppets, and a random house is the fact that Barnaby was able to teach Wally about the song is a bit weird. I don’t think anyone focusing on that aspect that Barnaby taught him that but he did. The second weirdest fact for me is that he singing to house this song which is weird kind of makes me speculate why he had to sing it or why he even did. I don’t know. Maybe he can tell the house is expressions and somethings off with it. However, it was it doesn’t deny the fact that one he singing to the house and two it’s a song from earth.
(Theory)
Finally, for the part, I’ve been waiting to express, here we go
For a while now it seems like I swear everyone knew this, but Wally is obviously talking to us to get our attention.
(Also, this theory is supposed to revolve around Wally being good)
And we don’t know why, so personally what I think is that Wally is trapped inside that world and is trying to get out. Today so he’s trying to grab the attention of the viewer and is trying to make them let him in into this world.
At the same time, only doing this secretly without anyone knowing, or should I say without home knowing. He sings this song to keep home bay, while he figures out a plan to escape the world. He is trapped in. The question is why would he want to escape?
I think is there may be is a corruption going on. Corruption going on corrupting every block every place in the world he is in and the more time it takes for him to get out the less time he has to get out. That’s why you hear a voice in the back that sounds much more daemonic and sinister than the actual voice of him. Because maybe it’s trying to corrupt him?
Another theory I have is that home is planing something and he is using Wally as his “puppet” to do his own work.
