    Wow, this is amazing. Been doing your shadowboxing workouts for the past months of quarantine and loving it.
    Can you please make another kickboxing workout, I've been digging the one kickboxing workout that you guys have but it is only one. Hopefully you make more kickboxing workouts.

    I had a knee op and they screwed up in op now am trying to rebuild my leg as side kick keep blowing out my knee is there anything you can recommend am jkd fighter
