Little Red Riding Hood - 16mm Film Scan

I had this old reel of 16mm film in my basement for years - My parents thought it was old film from one of my mom's sisters weddings. I sent it away to get scanned months ago. It turns out its' some super weird old version of Little Red Riding hood. The quality of the scan is really decent considering it's been sitting there for probably 50 years. If anyone has any information on what this is, please leave it in the comments. Enjoy!
