This all things covered in videos are reviewed by us very deeply & frequently but in cases if there is any small fraud kind of things then our seniors are in agreement with management & they let it go and in case of bigger frauds auditors are involved or they cancel the audits with this particular organizations.

Absolutely true Sahil, I have worked with one of the top business incubators in India and I found some of the startups involved in such types of activities. Also, some startups do it to win competitions and grants. And the most important thing is no one notice or cares because no one sees their balance sheet or is interested in such minute details.
In conclusion, the person who evaluates is not doing their job properly and startups are taking advantage of it. One of the reasons government-funded business incubators are not successful in India.
Sahil, you should also make a video on the reality of government-funded business incubator and their success rate or is it a viable model. I can provide you a wealth of information, insights, and a matrix.
I was one of them who use to say that startups report loss so that they could save taxes but thanks for making me clear about this.
What Hinderburg report said is normal in Indian businesses, the only problem was Adanis stock PE went till 500 and for an infrastructure company it is unheard of,and that is why he came under the eyes of public because of valuation.

To catch all this, just be very vigilant, use your common sense, ask them to talk straight - whenever they want to hide they use jargons Or put it diplomatically - tell them to talk straight, then question each and every figures, these are the common way to find out the genuiness of the company.

Not necessary a start up always raises funds through revenue multiples it also raises funds on ideation stages with projected revenue if you idea is genuine you get funded .even during the ideation stages. The best idea and problem always gets funded by the investors depends on the founders idea
