I'm a photographer. I love showing my work in Port Hueneme this community loves photos of their town. Always a positive experience. Only problem with this place is that it's so isolated from the freeway. You either cross miles of farm lands or Oxnard.

Looking at the data, these 2 cities will be some of the best places to invest in the next few years. We are getting a lot of calls from people looking to move here because of the weather.
What international Surf Competition? Not accurate.
We saw that there was an international surfing competition on June 19, 2021. It looks like there has not been another one since then. Thank you for pointing that out. It is good to have the most up-to-date information.
There is a good surf break on the Mugu Naval Airforce base. Unfortunately it’s not easily accessible to civilians.

Essentially correct. However Hueneme maintains the streets better than Oxnard, and all of Hueneme is close to the beach, unlike Oxnard. Lived there for a decade.....not so bad.
