This clip comes from the sixth and final episode of the TG4 series 'Slí na mBeaglaoich', which explores the music of County Donegal.
In this six-part traditional music series, father and son Breanndán and Cormac Begley travel up the West coast of Ireland, from Co. Kerry to Co. Donegal, on a journey of musical discovery.

Same tune family. I believe it comes from the concertina playing of Elizabeth Crotty in County Clare.
