In certain situations, a person can be asked to leave public property or be banned from entering it for a temporary or permanent period. Here are some instances where it may happen:
Criminal Activity: If someone engages in criminal behavior on public property, law enforcement may issue a trespass warning or citation, or they may be arrested. This can include actions like vandalism, drug-related offenses, assault, or other illegal activities.
Repetitive Offenses: If an individual consistently causes disruptions or disturbances on public property, authorities may issue a trespass warning and ban them from the premises.
Civil Orders: In some cases, a court order or civil injunction may prevent someone from entering specific public places, usually as part of a restraining order or probation conditions.
Limited Access Areas: Although most public property is open to everyone, there might be restricted areas, such as construction zones or military installations, where trespassing is prohibited.
Loitering: Some municipalities have anti-loitering ordinances, and individuals can be asked to leave if they are loitering in certain public areas.

If law enforcement officers were to uphold the constitution there wouldn't be any civil rights violations.
If law enforcement officers were to be held accountable there wouldn't be any complaints.
The chief of police is not going to go against one of their own, unless there's a massive civil rights protest.
The D.A. is not going to file charges and prosecute a bad apple, unless there's a massive civil rights protest.
Cops that don't uphold the constitution, don't deserve respect.

If you think the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in facilities like this or Social Security offices or post offices, you are purposefully misunderstanding it.
I would draw your attention to the conviction earlier this year of Denver Metro Audits for recording in a social security office in violation of the CFRs.
Also you are correct, unless the officers are crossed deputized as federal agents or there's a specific memo of understanding for them to enforce federal regulations they cannot enforce FEDERAL regulations. However, when called to such facilities by authorized personnel they can enforce STATE laws related to trespassing and disorderly conduct.

It just blows my mind that there is no true accountability for anything that they do very wrong, and I wish that there was someway that our world wasn’t so corrupt that they were able to be their own judge and jury. Policies are not laws. Public photography is NOT a crime. In any public building.
    Taxpayers PAY for that building.
    It's not their building ; it's ours.
Yes,there are restricted areas in that building.
First Amendment auditors don't do that.

How cops can still arrive to a public building and think "If they asked you to leave, you have to leave" is completely amazingly as dumb as one can be. they don't make em any dumber! i was waiting for the "if we were at your house" comparison!

They like to act like it's the first time they ever took a complaint concerning their officers. He knows he only needs to print out a form or get one out of the file cabinet, etc. He would have just thrown your memo pad complaint right in the garbage after you would have left because he's the sole one doing the investigation. Keep trying to keep them accountable.

It's ours. Taxpayers PAY for that building.
And those paper signs that say that nobody can film and record,(?)... That's unlawful. And what kills me is that they ALWAYS say that they have no FOIA request forms available.
      Why IS that?
Transparency had been non-existent in that place.

    Peace to Tyrant Terminator,
What stood out for me about this audit is the sister. “Grown Men Can’t Talk To Me.” In my opinion there is definitely something afoot about her and others working with our Mexican brothers and sisters instead of seeing more of us putting in time and work to prove that we can build communities as we did in the 40s and 50s. This is a representative sampling of how dire it is for many of use to be re-educated and re-trained. Embarrassing! It’s all good though. Our future is bright.
And a significant number of public servants are not trained to recognize that their title only show how they suppose to function for the citizens.
Proud to be part of the Tyrant Terminator family… G’s up!

The worst ones was the officer inside the place, the employees who spoke down to you. Dam...i don't know any job that allows their employees to speak to people poorly and it be ok.
