Kaja Magdalena That’s nothing to do with size though, severely obese people can be malnourished. It’s all about lacking necessary vitamins / nutrients & minerals from their diet. So size isn’t really an indicator of malnourishment. She has age on her side, she barely ate anything, just one meal a day + snacks, & likely had a fast metabolism (which would have slowed as she got into her 20’s / 30’s). I used to work with a girl who ate everything in sight & who’s hip bones jutted out; honestly (no ED before you think it - I was good friends with her outside of work & we were very close in terms of knowing everything about one another), she just ate so much crap & had a fast metabolism. When you have a food aversion, it's not just a dislike of certain foods. It's wanting to eat those foods but not being able to because your body rejects it. Honestly it’s not a big deal if there a few things she just flat out doesn’t care for. We’ve all got a few things we don’t enjoy. What’s important is that she’s eating some fruit and veg and laying off the chocolate, pop and crisps!!!
My daughter is the opposite of her. She doesn't like meat really but she'll eat chicken, she LOVES fruits and veggies, nuts, cheese and yogurt, white rice. The snap peas looked really yummy. I love fruit and veggies but they don’t like me. I’m glad that her parents were challenged to eat like her to see how she feels.
That's not how it works. She needs to be able to try new foods without crying. The idea isn't that she *likes* but that she *tried* it and realizes it wasn't that bad, she survived.
Gut bacteria and the general state of the gut biome is an extremely strong source of emotions. We don't talk about this enoug! Especially on this show - they never talk about the gut! Give this girl some prebiotic foods, probiotics, and she can slowly start to wean off the sugar which her bad gut bacteria craves. Google: the gut and your emotions, and you will see tons of evidence that sugar consumption is linked to anxiety and depressive moods... but they always just go at the problem from a mental/emotional angle (past traumas, mindset, childhood-kept behavious, etc.), rather than also incorporating a microbiological angle - which is that the gut needs an overhaul, too.
Why do people with food phobias always try to eat tomatoes when attempting to get over the phobias? Like, there’s waaaay better options that are closer to your go to food that you could tolerate

eating that much bad things and still have clear and healthy skin, perfect body, beautiful face and here I am drinking water, eating healthy diet and still have acne, discoloration and the worst thing looking like 30 despite being 17,,,my like fucking sucks
People complaining about her being skinny, you can be skinny on any diet that has small portions. She doesn't really eat that much, even if it is all junk. You can eat a ton of "healthy" food like sweet potatoes and gain tons of weight.
pls this is my favorite one she’s adorable
I'm Actually Early for a change! :D
Also why are Freaky Eaters scared of fruit? THEY'RE SO SWEET AND DELICIOUS.
Willie Dwyer ikr
I don’t really like fruit either. Love my veggies though.
Avocados over bananas, because bananas are too high in carbs and spike your blood sugar.
@@iColHax At least they have potassium
My dad said that pickles are veggies.
Isn't potatoes from the ground? 2:20 she said anything thats grown from the tree or ground she pushes it away is potatoes not from the ground so confused......
she tore those boxing bags up lmfao
Sometimes with these shows it feels like they don't even try but u can clearly see how she's trying im happy for her
This is regular for people who live in the south
White privilege? My asian mom would slap my ass till it bleed if I didn't eat my veggies and fruits when I was a kid. lol
@@romella_karmey sis what? I'm black I live in the south
@@romella_karmey yikes
I’d say more Midwest. Meat potatoes corn and noodles. southern food is a lot of greens, fruits and veggies
Honestly it’s not a big deal if there a few things she just flat out doesn’t care for. We’ve all got a few things we don’t enjoy. What’s important is that she’s eating some fruit and veg and laying off the chocolate, pop and crisps!!!
I love a good steak and some cRiSp French fries but I can’t live off them for nineteen years let alone a couple of days
so lovely to see her success!
My daughter is the opposite of her. She doesn't like meat really but she'll eat chicken, she LOVES fruits and veggies, nuts, cheese and yogurt, white rice. She eats really healthy and she is healthy but the way she can't put a grape in her mouth is the same thing my 8 year old daughter would react to meat loaf 😂
"It's not that I don't WANT to get rid of them, but-"
Yep. That's what EVERY addict says. That's what gets you, it's the "but". That's how so many addicts fall straight back into their addiction.
great awesome
Also who tf puts bananas in the fridge????
They stay at that perfect level of ripe a few days longer if you do
@@GreyTalus Everytime I've done it they've turned black within about 2 days
@@GreyTalus you never store bananas in a fridge.
I like em a little green and in the fridge
I eat em right away lol
i was dying at the end when he tied to reach the camera LMAOOOOOOO
just me or is the host quite flirtatious? 😹😹😹
Her* yum potatoe 🥔
Her yum meat 🍖 🥩
Her: vegetable 🌽 🍅 OH SHIT A RAT
Why is she eating white rice if she’s glucose intolerant? It’s pure sugar.
dad: "i'm worried about her getting diabetes"
*cuts to her eating chocolate*
Dude I'm so hungry and there's no food at home this don't help meeeeen
Momma Ravioli why are you watching then? Not that I’m one to talk, I watch sped up cake decorating videos when I’m hungry XD
I couldn’t do the zoo part where she had to hold the hissing cockroach I would probably pass out. I’m terrified of critters like that! I would definitely “NOPE” it right outta there!
The snap peas looked really yummy. I love fruit and veggies but they don’t like me. I’m glad that her parents were challenged to eat like her to see how she feels.
What goes on in their mind when they think broccoli can replace chocolate? They dont look, taste, or feel the same AT ALL
That's not how it works. She needs to be able to try new foods without crying. The idea isn't that she *likes* but that she *tried* it and realizes it wasn't that bad, she survived.
Hey, there was a bit of video in your ad!
Imagine she finally starts eating healthy and then she gains a lot of weight...just like us..
30:26 i had that exact ring when i was younger, been looking a long time to get another. but he has it on his wedding finger? that would be weird if it was his wedding band rofl
When you realise it's an hour long - 😮😮😮😲😲😲🙀🙀🙀🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱
hats off to this young lady, she really did her best to overcome her anxieties. I hope she's doing well these days.
Managing good eating habits is sooo much harder in college years! 😅 better to get those established asap ❤
Meat and potatoes is not bad eating. Can go far far worse than eating meat and potatoes.
I thought potatoes were a type of veg...
Me: *stares at strawberries* waaaaant!
Only meat and potatoes is fine. It's the cola and candy that should be cut out. I eat 4 times the "recommended" amount of animal fat.
She said the tomato is so juicy but meat is juicy 🤣
