Not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting a video on the Kendrick/Drake Beef from Alanah
True lol
We got alanah to talk about drake and kendrick before gta 6
Literally everyone seems to be covering it
It's not the video we want, it's the video we deserve.
You and me both.
Goes to show how much of a pop culture impact that this Rap Beef has been.
Any dude that texts and hangs out with underage girls that are not their daughter is freaking weird.
To be honest if this wasn't a celebrity it would be a lot more than f****** weird.
I could see a world where a former child actor gives some advice and mentoring to current child actors. I wish Drake lived in that world
@@paulreynolds7103 nah…almost makes it weirder…
A grown a55 man having an infatuation with an under age female performer….
Keep it in your pants buddy 😂❤
@@Macheako lol I'm saying if he wasn't a celebrity he never got away with this for years💀... This shit happened to someone normal they're done the first time🤣🤣
Stupid logic.
Uncles can't spend time alone with their Nieces??
Aunts can't spend time alone with their Nephews??
🤣🤣🤣
Gender equality right? To hell with double standards.

"Oh, Dee, Jesus Christ, your timing is so bad." -
Always Sunny In Philadelphia
"~Do not diddle kiiids, it's no good diddling kids!~"
“Do not diddle kids! It’s no good diddling kids!”
Lol, I also always think about that scene when I'm reminded about this beef now
Drake stans are very fast to defend the "I miss you so much!" texts to a 14yo, and called me weird for thinking it's weird. Take the names out of it. If that was your daughter/sister, etc. and you saw a 31yo stranger texting her "I miss you so much!", you would not stand for it.
The Groomer-o-meter is definitely twitching.
That could literally mean anything tho. They could've hung out at an event or something. This would've been around the time that stranger things was huge too. Celebs hang out with celebs. Nobody complained when it happened to Bieber.
Bro we aren't famous. It's a different vibe lmao. Why would our kids ever be talking to a 31 year old man? There's atleast reasons for famous people
also, the part about giving advice about dating is extremely gross too
@@Intr0verticalno, it is not
I gotta say Drakes rebuttal basically saying "I KNEW you'd compare me to Epstein!" was a bold move on his part.
No one had to. He was on the flight logs that came out several years ago. It's more amazing that people were talking about PDiddy suddenly, but not Drake, The Weekend, and John Legend, JayZ or Beyonce - all who were also on the flight logs.
problem with it is that he compared him to weinstein
@@Kainis80didn’t know Weekend was on the flight log but after torturing myself through that show that he made and acted in, there’s no way I’ll ever look at Weekend the same way. Dude is creepy as hell.
Him mentioning Millie Bobby Brown when Kendrick didn't mention any names is such a self report
It isnt a bold move. Have you ever heard the joke "Thats exactly what an alien would say to convice others hes not an alien" Well now replace the word alien with *THAT*
Drake always gave me “where my hug at vibes.”
He gives handsy uncle vibes
Big icky vibes
LoL😂😂😂
Yeah I mean before singing he was that nerd nobody gave attention to.
Let's do a hypothetical: your 14-year-old daughter is being taken out to private dinners, texting and hanging out regularly with a 31-year-old. What do you think about that dynamic as a parent?
Is the man Jesus or Drake?
I'm be weirded out regardless of the gender to be honest
It's different when your daughter is famous and a millionaire though isn't it? She's probably hanging round with grown men all the time tbh. Her bosses, co-workers, people that want to work with her, etc. Ishowspeed blew up at 16. If drake messaged him back then on some brotherly "im a fan" type ish, no one would bat a single eyelid.
The real question is who would you choose Drake or a bear????
Was it a private dinner?
If Drake hadn't hid a kid or done lots of side eye stuff with young girls Kendrick would've gotten roasted for the claims. It's because Drakes own actions that the allegations are plausible.
I have to say, he dug his own grave. Too many sus allegations
He also out rapped him, had a better strategy and made a hit record exposing him. Kendrick is a true artist and Drake is a colonizer, Elvis in his final form.
@@KillmongerX321 Drake is a slam poet trying to ride beats. He can't even do amazing flows or cadences.
His last track didn’t help and honestly hurt him as much if not more than any of Kendrick’s tracks.
kendrick also said he a snitch and those claims were false
At the very least I feel Drake is a groomer. Sorry I don’t feel any grown man should be texting a 14 year old that I really miss you.
Yeah it’s very weird I mean anyone innocent just being friendly to a young fan would run a mile from all minors if a eyebrow was raised he kind of done the opposite which says a lot about how he views it I think
If someone as famous as him feels perfectly comfortable creeping on a 17 year old on stage for all to see, I don't wanna know what he does in private.
Dogs that bark dont bite.
seventeen is a fully developed woman actually, so you cant tell the age just by looking.
@@StarRain6 For sure but she told him and he still creeped on her lol
@@StarRain6 He literally became more provocative with her on stage AFTER she told him she was 17. You can't really be this obtuse.
@@TheBakerZen isnt it legal to date a 17 year old in most states?
It's been a week, but I'm still obsessed with Kendrick putting Meet the Grahams in A Minor, and then in Not Like Us his lyric "I up the score" is in B Minor 💀
and A Minor doesn't use any black keys ☕️🐸
the man just functions on a different artistic frequency, I stan K dot
i hear Drake would be very interested in a minor
Kendrick meatriding at its finest
"up the score" is also gang talk for killing the opposing gangs guys before getting retaliated against. Used in a sentence it might be like, "we up right now, but lets go up the score on em."

While you're at it, don't even message children you do know unless they're yours
@@tyler6722 or their just under your care(multi day school trips etc, usually require kids to have contact exchange with teachers etc in case of an emergency).
Basically, texting and calling for emergencies and official business only, any other type when they're not a close family member is a huge red flag.
@@tyler6722 that works for me
@@tyler6722 the fact that this concept is not easily identifiable and agreed upon is absolutely wild to me
@@scottdunkle8799I mean, the basis behind the idea is “no adult should ever interact with a child using the technology everyone has in their pocket”. It’s pretty extreme to say it’s not ok for extremely large groups of people to communicate with each other.
As someone from Toronto who was sick of Drake years ago, I absolutely love seeing Kendrick drag this man through the dirt.
I will never get over the “Why you trollin like a b****? Aren’t you tired? Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A Minorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr” Bruh… 😭😂
I can hear it in my head 😂😂❤
🎶 They not like us, they not like us 🎶
Drake also has the song Jaded from his 2018 Album Scorpion. The song is about his relationship with Jorja Smith when she was about 19-20 and he was about 30-31. Some lyrics of the song are: "You had potential, I coulda shaped it. You went and caved in. We coulda waited, I wasn't rushin', difference in ages. You're old enough, but you're still a baby." 🤮
“A white Australian lady reacts to Drake/ Kendrick beef.” If this was the title it would get 1 million views. 😂
Could've been Iggy Azalea
The majority of drake fans are white women.
kinda racist
@@misberaveWhat? They just said she was white and Australian??
Drake saying he was too rich and famous to be a sex offender and that if he was one, he would be arrested was certainly an odd move. Mostly because you'd have to ignore the entire history of how sexual assault and it's victims have been treated for that to be even slightly true.
As someone that hates Drake and thinks he writes fucboi music for 18 yr olds, it was cathartic to watch the goat Kendrick absolutely obliterate this weirdo’s career in front of the world in real time.
I'm right there with you. Even before the allegations, I've never once been impressed by Drake's music. Kendrick coming in and putting him in his place was a blessing
@@notchrisrivero I mostly listen to rock, indie, electronic music but KDOT is one of my all time favorite artists. I don’t even follow hip hop news that much and I’ve been aware of the creepy pedo grooming stuff for years.. It's amazing how much character development Drake goes through with each beef. First, Pusha-T made him into a better father, now Kendrick hopefully stops him from being gross to underage girls. By the time he's 60, he might actually be a good person
Eminem or ice cube needs to diss him for that😅
I dont think you can tell hes a bad person based on anything he does lmao
What’s really creepy is that he’s been super famous for a while, he can literally be with anyone he wants and he’s choosing to give his attention to teenagers?
Wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity has done this
Yup, that’s what gets me in top of all the scary behavior.
He has his pick of the litter of grown women… and he goes for children.
Gargantuan red flag.
@@RicochetForce Serena williams, rihanna, madonna etc. He goes for girls that are good looking or have that allure. Bella Harris is young sure, but you'd be lying if you said you wouldnt hit that😂
My read on the situation is that he’s attracted to girls who are even younger, but uses his fame to settle for ones who are just barely legal
@@Ktsjay187so you don’t list the underage women but the grown women. I’m thinking you’d do the same thing Drake does.
Alanah, as a hip hop fan, I think your sweet sixteen story actually is what qualifies you to talk about this beef lmao
😌
As the single father of a 14-year-old girl, I often have teenage girls over at my house - hanging out, listening to music, and raiding my fridge. I love these girls almost as much as my own daughter and would do anything for any one of them. That said, the only text I have ever sent these girls is "Hey [insert name]. Is my daughter with you?". If I want to wish them a happy birthday, I tell my daughter to let them know I said it as I drop her off at their party. If I'm hanging out with them, it's because I'm the parent that's taken them to a movie, the mall, whatever that week (my daughter is always there). The only boy advice I've ever given them is "Yeah, boys suck." any time they complain about boys at their school. I wouldn't even consider giving any of them a kiss, not even on the cheek. They get one-armed hugs in public at school events where they performed a dance or won a soccer game, and that's only for the ones who initiate the hug. I'm proud of their accomplishments, I sincerely care about each and every one of them, and because of that, I go out of my way as a single man to make sure they feel comfortable and safe around me.
Exactly. This is what Drake's defenders don't seem to realise, there's contexts where grown men being around young girls is fine. All your situations are fine and normal. If you sent one of them dating advice in text form, that'd be all kinds of fucked up, anyone with a brain gets that. Being famous doesn't change that at all...despite what Drake's fans say.
@@dennett316 How is giving them dating advice fucked up? As long as it's APPROPRIATE, it doesn't matter. And being famous definitely makes a difference, Milly is probably around more grown men than you are.
@@Ktsjay187there are so many lines you can cross by giving them any type of advice. You’re not their parent. You’re not a kid that was born in the generation. You don’t know how those kids will interpret what you’ve said to them. You don’t know how they’ll use that information for themselves, for their future, for or against your daughter. You don’t know their day to day and their psychological issues if any. Most of all you don’t know their intentions when they ask you for advice. When I’d ask adult things they’d set either clear boundaries like “don’t ask me those type of questions” or keep it extremely short like “you’re going to make mistakes, you have your whole life ahead of you.” I remember being a kid and seeing my friends take things the wrong way. I could never imagine saying things to a kid that isn’t mine. You have no idea and should have no idea about the inner workings of their life to even have an opinion enough opinion on it to give advice. Even if you mean no harm, think about the doors that you’re different in age opens up to how they approach other people. How they let their kids engage with other people. There are too many negatives to go around.
@@Ktsjay187 it absolutely does NOT make a difference. I work in the industry but even beyond that experience a parent or agent handles dealings as far as booking their kid and negotiates on pay and the jobs they get. As well as what is and isn’t okay for them to do or say on camera within the confines of the law, and their familial rules. We even have strict schedules on set for child actors. Only time an adult other than their agent or parent would be around them is if it’s makeup or the director giving direction. Or cast members of course. Drake keeping contact the way he does is not only abnormal it’s severely looked down on. Doesn’t matter that they’re famous, his influence just makes it easier to get away with it.
@@VonJay cool, but you don’t know what he’s said to her. He could just be asking her about her lil crush or whatever. Could literally be perfectly harmless. Also everything u just said had nothing to do with pdf behaviour. But this feeds my point. You lot see pdf behaviour because you’re looking for it and want it. You have NO IDEA if drake made it creepy or not. The parents have not said he has, nor has Millie. You have no proof, you just want to see the man burn so you assume he did something wrong when you have no proof of that.
as a black man from Los Angeles this is the most insane crossover i've ever witnessed. LANAH DO THIS MORE.
It’s so funny that Drakes argument for the last diss track was “AHA I KNEW YOUD CALL ME A PEDOPHILE!!”
…that’s not as slick as you think mate
Didn't he claim to plant evidence to make himself...look like...a pedo? Because...that would make Kendrick look bad, somehow.
@@HarryS77See if you're going to plant evidence to trick someone you need like, a proof picture. Like you posing next to the evidence sticking your tongue out or something. Drake didn't do that because it was real and he's floundering.
@@Toastybees There's a guy on Tweeter posting security cam footage and pics from Drake's suitcase; Saying they weren't planted. And he he also threatened to sue Drake's camp, saying he wants them to retract the allegation that he stole the items, says he didn't take anything.

@@boxtupos7718same guy accused him of abusing the disabled dude in the chair of the security footage, and that same guy came out and said he had a great time and never was violated in any way by drake
@@HarryS77and no, this is the issue, people try to give their opinion on the matter but have zero comprehension skills, he claimed to plant evidence about the daughter as well as the cover art for “meet the grahams” , btw it wasn’t him just going “aha i knew you’d call me a pedo” he actually called out kendrick knowing very well he would stoop that low in “tailor made freestyle” which came out before any of k dot’s responses
The "I'm too famous" defense is WILD to me... I can't believe he thought that would work.
It's wild to normal people, but celebrities legit live in their own world

That's some blatant grooming there, befriending young girls, staying in touch until theyre 18 and can make their "own bad decisions".
Thank you Alanah. Always ❤
I remember Henry Cavill refused to talk to Millie Bobby Brown outside of work when they filmed Enola Holmes to keep things professional. She said he was super nice on set but no contact outside of that. Then again, people have attacked Henry relentlessly for him saying he acts this way to be safe and "not be accused of anything." So maybe there isn't a win as a famous man 💀
Tbh there probably isn’t, people will scrutinize everything, but what Drake does is massively inappropriate/much worse lol
@@charalanahzard I'm inclined to agree. I'm more of a casual listener with rap so I wasn't intimately familiar with all this strangeness around Drake. Idk if imma be able to listen to him the same lol
It's silly for people to attack Henry. By the way, its weird how the public expect all co stars on a show/movie or in sports all teammates to be best friends outside of work. Like why? Think to your own lives, most people don't socialize with their co workers. Go to work, then leave.
I honestly can’t even name a single Drake song.

As someone in my 30s I cannot fathom willingly hanging out with random teenagers for ANY reason let alone romantically. How do you even connect with someone with that kind of age/maturity gap? unless it's purely physical attraction. Fucking sickening

Some adults trust other adults without enough reason.. and I'm certain my parent thought if they knew the grown man, the situation is more under control.
Well guess who has C-PTSD and can't feel comfortable with sex generally, personally or in any joking manner.

People saying it is not that bad for him to say "I miss you" to a 14-year-old who isn't family have something wrong with the them.
I thank you for making this videos you are a smart kind person
The people who are mad about Drake being called a pedo usually haven't seen all the suspicious interactions he's had over the years with teenagers. I think if he wasn't a celebrity those accusations would have been louder a lot earlier.
Or they have similar inclinations.
The one conversation that's spurred from this, for me at least, is how little of a footprint Canadian hip hop artists have made in the larger American scene. I don't think Canadian hip hop gets the respect it deserves, and now it's even lower thanks to Drake and his beef with Kendrick.
I hope that changes in the future, because as a Canadian, we can do far better than Drake.
You might be on to something there pal
I mean... you HAD Snow.
For real, what's up with Canada not sending its best? Nickelback, Justin Beiber, Drake. Can you guys stop? Rush can only nullify so much.
When I was 17 I worked at an ice rink and a 13 year old used to to come skating every weekend. She started working there when she turned 18 and I was 22/23. She said she always had a crush on me. Their wasn't a huge age gap, but I knew her when she was 13 and that's all I could ever see. I'll never understand how other people just say "oh they're 18 now and a new person". Like no, you saw them as a child and maybe even helped them grow up, that's weird.
Whoa AG1 has GOT to be STOKED bout that hard transition to the sponsored segment hahahahaha

Hey Alanah, big fan of yours, also big fan of Drake. If the accusations against Drake are true, then yes, Drake is gross. That said, it hurts to see us turn on another human so intensely based on a handful of 'weird' events that took place years ago. Could these be perceived as weird? Yes, but as you said, they could also be perceived innocently. Remember too that we have not seen any women come forward with accusations towards Drake. In fact, most of those involved in the 'weird' events have openly denied any malpractice by Drake. Not here to make a claim, simply just wanting to point out that it feels a lot like 'guilty until proven innocent,' which morally I think is a slippery slope. Regardless, love hearing your opinion, and love watching your journey. I'll leave by saying it's important to remember to love, even towards those who seem (at least for now) that they don't deserve love.
So, there's no evidence that Drake assaulted or abuse Millie Bobby Brown in any way but we're going to condemn him anyway because Kendrick Lamar mentioned her on his track, and we all love Kendrick so no one will question it. This is dumb. And by two weeks people would have forgotten all about this.
Kendrick never mentioned her, Drake did.
@@charalanahzard As result of rap beef, correct?
@@charalanahzard Wait, didn't Kendrick call Drake a p*do? He may not have mentioned her name, but we all know what he is referencing when he made that allegation.
FYI. This MBB thing has been known for a long time. No one has forgotten about it. Kendrick just shined a light on it and more people are aware now.
@@bigbooma If people haven't forgotten about then why we need Kendrick to shine a light on it?
I was gonna say this was an unexpected video topic from you but I forgot you are a legit DJ. Alanah knows whats up.
I really appreciate your approach to this. I like how you brought receipts and provided clear examples rather than emotional responses.
I don’t care about Drake at all. But feels bad to drag someone’s embarrassing moments in the worst possible light to paint them as a villain. Feels like we’re in the bad timeline doing this. If it’s a matter for the police or the people close to him to deal with so be it. If you think he won’t be held accountable for something you have the weakest evidence for then go for it. But I really think you’re engaging in some gross behaviour here.
…are you joking? This attitude is exactly how celebrities get away with pedophilia. Not standing for it.
@@charalanahzardI disagree. I trust institutions over internet mobs to hold people, even celebrities, accountable. If you or anyone has some real evidence I’m all here for it. You have just presented some very cringe and gross behaviour, but it’s insane to say that he’s probably a pedo because of just that.
You shouldn’t, because they routinely have not. Jimmy Saville died in his own bed, never charged and never went to jail. If a celebrity repeatedly does creepy shit they MUST be called out, the silence + privilege combo is how they keep getting away with it.
@@charalanahzard there’s a reason our justice system is based on proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
Half of what you presented to claim Drake is probably a pedo is some teenage celebs saying he was the nicest guy they knew. I also think that it’s creepy, but that is some weak evidence for now.
And our justice system routinely fails where powerful, rich people are concerned. I do not have faith in it.
The ‘other’ half of what I presented is him talking about how much he loved having a 17yos breast pressed up against him and dating a different 17yo.
lol there’s literally a video of him kissing a 16 year old girl on stage, right after he asks her what her age is, and then she tells him she’s underage he says some shit like “oh crap I’ll get in trouble” and does it anyway ahahh what a creep
“I’m too famous to be one and they would have arrested me.”
Bro, we watched Epstein get away with it for decades, we watched Kelly get away with it for decades…the fact that you’re a huge celeb is a big reason we believe this stuff about you.
Having a long history of grooming behavior and seeing your moves is just the nail in the coffin.
Daamn even Alanah is talking about the beef!!!!!!
