Deglazing the pan and using cast iron just shows your skill and experience in the kitchen , so well done! The only thing that I would have changed is the garlic. Anything to do with garlic and I’m throwing in tons 😂😂😂 (1 tsp equals at least 3 tablespoons lol) such a beautiful dish. Thank you !❤❤❤
