EC made a song for/ with him (Castrop X Spandau) and he plays the main character in the video for Arrow Of Love. The guy in the boot is EC's drummer David. That year he was the winner of the German edition of The Bachlorette, which explaines the red roses he has around him. By the way, the name change was finalized in March of 2022.
I believe it was their 1st song after their drummer won the German version of the Bachelorette, that's why they put him into the trunk with that rose in his mouth

The guy in the video ist no member of Electric Callboy, he is a pretty famous german Gaming UA-camr called Hand of Blood aka Hänno. He is a huge fan of EC since their very early days. He is mixing Gaming and Comedy in a pretty funny way. Sadly all his stuff is in german.
