My hairdresser is from Cairo, Egypt. We have many interesting discussions about his country. I asked him if he’d ever ridden a camel, and he had not. I actually did and would not like to spend days on the back of these animals. Rocking back and forth, plus the worst, is them standing and sitting. I held on for dear life. I would love to visit this museum someday and found your video a welcoming invitation. Very, very well done. Thank you.
I just stumbled across this. My profound thanks for giving us this historic experience. I have always wanted to go, but of course I can’t. I can’t thank you enough for sharing this with us. God Bless you!!!❤
I have watched this entire video, had a few laughs when you got tired of everything, but so glad you completed the entire tour. I will now be able to be our own guide as we sometimes find it difficult hearing what people say, and we will be able to spend time wherever we really want to be. Thanks for your effort, it is really very much appreciated! We are from South Africa, visiting soon in April!
Wow!! Thank you. I did visit this museum many years ago and was saddened as big fall out with my ex on arrival ( maybe marriage cursed! 😮) and missed the tour guides as we entered. Did catch her up and could then see how massively interesting the stories attached to the pieces were. Only recent years Egyptian history has massively captured my imagination. The tour was a whirlwind so missed too much. So thank you again I can relive it at leisure 😊

Stop lying. Just because the language spoken by the state doesn't make it an Arabic country. Socalled Egypt is a socalled African country. I write as an Israelite and an historian who has had the privilege to study history from primary sources available to serious academics. Socalled nonblack people arrived on the scene during this countries decline and have since done everything they can to steal the identity lands and heritage of a particular group of Black people called Israelites. What has been hidden from view by white surpremacist scholarship is the fact a particular group of Black people called Israelites ie Shemites are responsible for everything associated with civilization and culture throughout history wherever we find modernity. After all, we are literally on a Black planet due to the fact that Black people are the only people who literally "sprang" from the ground. Lastly, socalled nonblack people are not light skinned Black people as some would have us believe. According to science and their own history they are not Homo sapiens sapiens and are incapable of inventing civilization and culture without the presence of these particular Black people. The idea that a book that starts with Genesis ie human origins is not about Black people is definitely demonic savagery. The original Arabs were also Black people like everywhere else on the planet. Much of it looked different, much less crowded on the first floor. The upstairs display cases looked familiar though. We spent the most time in the Tut exhibit that couldn't be filmed. But I loved seeing the other Tut items you filmed, and the Amarna room was fascinating! Thanks again!
I also went to Capri and Venice in 2019 and used your tours to navigate around the island and canals. Not only are your videos beautiful to watch, but very helpful to find those hidden areas!

That was a nice surprise, thank you! I was there over 30 years ago. The exhibits were exactly the same, at least as far as I can remember. There were fewer visitors and the corridors were darker. There were no CCTV cameras. A very small number of guards patrolled the floors. One of the guards kept following me for a while, then approached me and asked for baksheesh. Simply amazing. Thank you for taking the time to film this in detail and am grateful that you used sub -titles rather than talking. One thing that stands out is that the detail on the many sarcophagus and statues etc is that they were definitely not carved by hand/s using a chisel. They are too perfect and so precise that they had to have been done by lasers. Just to be clear, I haven’t been watching too many Ancient Alien programs! 😀 .
It is a replica. I walked by the original a few minutes later. It is in the middle of the room in a glass case. There were people all around it and it's hard to see things behind glass, so I just walked by it. I figured we already had a good look at it anyway.

Estupendo recorrido..magnífico todo..muchas gracias por llevarnos de paseo a tantas ciudades y la visita al Museo ha sido una magnífica idea...INCREÍBLE CUANTO ATESORA❤ ANA (ESPAÑA)
Very interesting and enjoyable. It really struck me again how the whole Egyptian culture right from earliest times, was completely centered around death.
I really would like a walking tour in Ferrara (Italy), the castle area, where Lucrezia Borgia lived with her husband Alfonso d'Este, and a walking tour in Pavia (Italy), the main seat of the Duchess of Milan, Isabella of Aragon. But I love all your walking tours!!!!
Thank you so much. I was there on 2nd April on a cruise shore excursion, it was very rushed and there were what seemed like thousands of other tourists also visiting the museum, I got claustrophobic and could only do the bottom floor. Awesome video.

Hey, thanks so much!
Fantastic! I have always wanted to go there.
Hey, thanks! The new museum is supposed to fully open soon. It would be a worth a trip just to see it I think.
@@ProWalks please go to the new one when it opens!

Thank you for this wonderful video! I feel as if I have visited in person! thank you so much.
Amazing video a privilege to watch thank you
You are very welcome. Thanks for watching!
Thank You for your time & your effort! I enjoyed it very much. Some day I hope to go to Egypt myself God willing.
Hey, thanks. I added those places to my list. I'm heading to Italy this coming this Tuesday.
@@ProWalks A super-big hug, dear Isaak!!!
Your time and research is highly appreciated ty❤
BIG, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL AND WELL-KNOWN MUSEUM. COOL. 😻🍂🍃🌴❤
For sure! I am looking forward to going to the new one someday.
Thank you so much. I was there on 2nd April on a cruise shore excursion, it was very rushed and there were what seemed like thousands of other tourists also visiting the museum, I got claustrophobic and could only do the bottom floor. Awesome video.
