Bissell Symphony-Pet vacuum & steam mop review

- Today I will be reviewing this Bissell vacuum and steam mop. I found this machine in the garbage about a week ago. In my other video that I did with this machine I discussed about the machine. In this video I will be reviewing this machine and rating it and what I like about the machine. Would I recommend this machine? Yes, I would! This machine is quiet and not that loud at all. In this video I will be also showing you how to use this Bissell Symphony-Pet all in one vacuum and steam mop. When I found this machine in the garbage, it looked exactly liked this! It looks so new! I don’t know the people that had it didn’t like it or they just didn’t want it, but this machine looks so new and in really good condition! Are you really running that on concrete???
@@jr1638 it's funny cuz I own one now myself and I'm obsessed with it, but I guess he was just trying to see if the vacuum part of it worked 😆 why not do the demo on concrete garage floors to prove it deserves a 5 star rating lol
@@jr1638 so you have flat flooring? Such as tile laminate etc with just maybe a little carpet like area rugs and such? I bought mine literally around the time of my first comment, about him doing it on the cement lol I've gotta say, I'm a bit biased as I've sworn but Bissell products since I was old enough to push them around on my own. I like sharks steam mop also, however, I'm going to just say this one thing, we rent where we live, my landlord is more in the end of "Cheap" and until its absolutely falling apart, will not replace it, so, when we moved in, my sins ruin, right in the doorway, in tile flooring (the ugliest freaking flooring might I add) there was this huge disgusting looking spot, almost like glue of some kind. I tried every single thing under the sun, including my shark steam mop, hoping I would get somewhere with it. Well, once I got the Bissell pet symphony, I started working on it, and I have decreased the amount that's still on the floor but 75%! We had lived here for 6 years by the way. I had scrubbed it with some really amazing products and was getting no where! I WISH I had gotten better before and after pics of it and I've since gotten a new phone and didn't back them up sadly, there still on my old phone, but I've gotta say, I worked on it for like a half hr with very little effort, just going slightly back and fourth over the top of it with the steam on it, and it did make me really happy. I also have an almost 8 yr old and almost 2 yr old, I literally will use this mop 2 to 3 times a day. Sometimes for just quick pick ups and making sure the machine is clean on the inside as well (nectar I lose a lot of hair lol) it's very easy. Just take care of your machine and it'll last you a long long time. Also, I suggest buying yourself a pack of 6 of the steam mop pads that u wash, on Amazon. I found a pack of 6 for like I think ten bucks! The machine comes with 2 of course but, after like 3 months I decided I wanted more of them nectar I like to change mine for each room I do. And two wasn't cutting it for the amount of times I used it per day.
Ps. I'm hoping you were serious and not joking about that comment. Otherwise I just went on an entire unnecessary rant lol

And I got the post symphony bundle on sale for like $200 on Bissell's site.. oh and they offered me a 20% pff coupon and when I tried using it they said they don't work on sale items and I ended up texting with customer service who agreed with me when I said the coupon didn't say that and I felt they should honor it. They had me call in on the phone but noted for me they'd on m honor it so not sure if that deals going on, but it's worth a shot. Maybe you'll get a cool rep via text like I did😉
@@jr1638 oh I'm so happy for you congratulations! I feel like Bissell should sponsor me and then you once you realize how much u love it 😆 I don't think I could steer anyone wrong to get this. Honestly I did so much research between this and the cross wave and for me I know I made the right choice. I feel like the cross wave was way more work to clean and too many parts of it ya know? And the disinfectant water they sell on Amazon also, even the scent disc's are good but I feel like the scent disc's are only good if u can find a good deal on them them I've seen them on Amazon higher quantity for like $12. They do work to help give a nice smell to the air rather than just the steam of regular water. I do love the disinfectant water also but it could get kinda expensive so I use it about once a week when I do a major job like moving my couches to find all the little toys my kids lose under them and all lol but I just love how I went from 3 hours, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping just my living room and kitchen floors, to literally doing all of that in 30 minutes tops for a full good cleaning. But for quick clean ups, I'm done within like minutes! Lol so nice for when you live a super busy life! And typically I just only use regular water with the reusable mop head and love it! Oh and the swiffer wet head is good for like pet messes or like liquids but I mean the regular mop had takes care of that. If I'm cleaning up a wet mess with the reusable mop head, I like to just switch the pad after then re mop over the floors to make sure it's all really gone lol I've official become obsessed with making sure my floors are done since getting this thing, used to hate doing floors. 🤣

@@jr1638 well it was there, Texas or one of the Carolinas lol we haven't exactly decided but it's scary to not be sure where you wanna live but my husband does construction and just got a raise and I've been a stay at home mom the last two years after we had our daughter, and also working on getting my casac. So it really depends on mainly where there's good jobs for him with more house for your dollar lol that's what I wanna look for
Using it on a lighter tile surface would have helped viewers....your floor area is similar to the colour of dirt...so performance not really visible
Can you stop shaking the camera, you are giving everybody a headache. Don't make videoing your career. Sorry. You got a good deal. I found one at good will but it was missing the plates that come with it.
Can we you use steam in the carpet?
Yeah, I'd suggest not going off of just this review though. I just bought one myself and my phone gave me this video to watch, but yeah, I'd check other reviews as well
