In another review the guy said out of a lot of these high end vacuums this was the only one that actually worked with trapping the dust inside and not letting it back out. Just thought I’d share that. 😊
SpikedStudio No problem. I the future I'd suggest including a couple timestamps in the description so viewers can easily choose to watch part or all of the video. Or at least use titles like "unboxing and review" so viewers know to expect an unboxing in the beginning portion. Personally, I clicked because the title only said "review" and I though others might have too. Cheers!
I got one at a thrift store for $20. It didn't have a mop tray or mops, but I got those for about $25. So, $45 for a GREAT Vac/Steamer. Excellent for collecting pet hair a debris, and steamer leaves floor clean and sanitized. I have several Bissell products and all are great.
Make sure you line up the dirt cup and lock it closed or you won't have any suction. I was a bit hasty with that. Also, mop in one direction to avoid streaks. I do miss the scent of a clean floor but the directions tell you not to add fragrance to the water, as it will clog the steamer...? Bissell does sell scent discs to insert into the cloth mop head. I don't know if that's just to get more money out of you...? Overall, nice two in one-time saver. I like it! *****
I was just given one of these, it is fantastic for any NON CARPET floor. I could not believe how easy it sucked up my Golden Retrievers Pet Hair so quickly. I have no pads yet, but am looking forward to seeing if WalMart or some store sells the re washable ones so I can try the steam. I am VERY Thank ful for the You Tube videos because they helped me more than the owners manual.
Foot pedals on vacuums are always hard to use without shoes. Thanks for this review! ALL my floors are hard surfaces and I have a cat and dog. I grabbed this on clearance for just $80 at my local Walmart!! My son assembled it for me and i don't know where he put the instructions. Now, I'm ready to use it. This helped me a whole lot and I'm glad we don't throw things away because I found the box with the measuring cup.
Thank you for the video guys. You are doing a great job. It is really helpful. Will look for you in the future if I happen to need some help understanding how to handle and use appliances. Please keep going
the disposable pads are 10 for $8, I wish they'd make the dollar store knock offs, feels like Id be too stingy with using them and not clean as often as I could
You need to work on better videography and framing. You have the camera completely fixed angle and the product is off the screen half the time so we can't even see what you're referring to.
Do not waste your money. The mop head is hard to get on and will not stay on. The vacuum sounds great, but you will end up with piles of dirt where it did not vacuum up the dirt.
All good, but why clean a clean floor. I wanna see it go over a floor covered in hair, dried dog drool and mud paws, preferrably from giant breeds like Newfies or St Bernards. If it handles that, it's worth it's weight in gold lol. Sadly, you showed me next to nothing about the performance of this machine in this review :(
Sry very poor "review". Sounds like a COMMERCIAL. watched it to see how close to the edge of the floor it would vacuum up stuff and didnt show CLEANING ANY DIRT AT ALL! HAHAHAHA

To anyone interested in the usage/review portion, not an unboxing of the vacuum, jump to 4:00
Thanks, it is interesting how much feedback we get wanting to see all the parts and how it comes packaged. Hard to balance both!

Great point. we have done markers before and I will pass that to the team! Now back to CES 2917 reviews starting today!
Thanks for posting this. I could not figure out how to attach the swiffer pad until I saw your video.
Glad I could help!

This is the type of comments that keep us doing more of these.
So how good does the vacuum work? That's what I'd expect in a review. Thanks anyways.
I'm wondering how this would do on tracked in mud on tile floor (dogs don't wipe their feet)
I have one; it works well.

I hope it stands up. We noticed a small leak later and have to use and then empty the tank or it eventually drains on to the floor.

Thank you, we try and do these types of review too and not just small geek toys :-)

same 😐
What’s the difference between the pet and the regular one ?
Where in the hell does the steamer pump go??? Ugh. Trying to replace it.
you can vacuum your floor and mop at the same time?
yes
Wait...this can clean already clean hardwood? Must buy....
Yes, absolutely
Omg I just got mine about 4 Days ago and I love it!!
+Anjess B we loved it until it started leaking water a couple months ago.
Does anything beat this in the $250 range in 2023? I'm still seeing the non pet model of this being compared to other machines in modernity.
We agree. Not much in the range that did what this did. Eventually it did leak though and we did not replace the parts or look
What do you mean “leaked through.”
@@morganmckibbon4241 some of the parts started leaking water when used and we stopped using it
@@SpikedStudio thank you for clarifying! I had another Bissell model that did the same thing so I wanted to be sure that’s what you meant.
I need to find a steam vacuum specifically for "carpet". What is the best as of April, 2018? Thank you.
Me too
Will it suck up liquid?

LOL, I rarely make comments but you're absolutely right, it was actually kind of frustrating to watch
DOESNT ANYONE notice the thing wont steam clean the top edge because the vaccum is there??
Interesting point,. we had to go see that ourselves
these are so much more expensive in Australia, $399 :(
That’s a wide difference
Whats the temperature of the steam?
Good question, I do not think they say the exact temperature. But water to steam is around 212F degrees

Unfortunately the studio did not have dirty floors or large dogs. There was a very angry cat close by not appreciating the steam hissing noise
Sry very poor "review". Sounds like a COMMERCIAL. watched it to see how close to the edge of the floor it would vacuum up stuff and didnt show CLEANING ANY DIRT AT ALL! HAHAHAHA
It definitely cleaned up dirt. It does not get tight against the edges as others may. We have seen that
thank you i am going to buy
You wasted to much time opening a box, lost my interest. We just want to know how it worked on cleaning
Yes we try and show all the attachments and ease of putting together. We also showed the results
sorry, but as a review of a product, it was lacking.
