Slow trains Railfanning Metro North and Amtrak at Mamaroneck ft CT rail trailing on equipment move

The northeast corridor is mostly fast in straight tracks like in the New Haven line usually it’s up to 70 to 80 mph around here but today it has been slow for some reason but however I even caught a ct rail trailing behind a GP35R on an equipment move
