    When I was about 15, my friends and I somehow convinced the night watchman of a wax museum to give us a private tour at midnight. It was extremely creepy...and looking back probably not the smartest thing I've done...the guy was drunk and ARMED! And being stupid kids we were more afraid of the wax dummies...sheesh

      @@WWZenaDo No, the name of the character in this episode, is Vincent Raymond. Funny, you mentioned Vincent Price, as my dad was convinced that Price was playing the part of the museum guide. This was years ago, and we heard this on the car radio. The guy sounds similiar to Price, somewhat. I knew it wasn't him, even as a kid. But my dad was convinced. Lol. Great memories.

    This was quite the EG Marshall type. I always liked Marian Seldes who played in many television playhouses and stage plays from when I was a young woman until her death not that long ago. She's a fine actress. Thank you.

    41:24 Could somebody please explain the ending to me? I'm a bit dull. Why did he attack his (wax) mom telling her "You should have done it" and his (wax) father "It wasn't your fault; it was hers" ?

    • @waynej2608
      @waynej2608 4 роки тому

      Vincent Raymond always seemed to have blamed his father for murdering his mother, which his dad did do. But, since he also knew that his mom cheated on his dad, his wrath diverted to the faithless mother. He yells, 'you shouldn't have done it.' Now, blaming his mom. And he goes after her wax figure with an axe, rather than the dad. Poor Vincent. He also murdered the professor, who created the exhibit.
      I assume, Vincent then went to the 'slam', for murder.
      Side note- the wax museum guy, sounds a bit like Vincent Price. I know it's not, but pretty similiar sounding.

      @@waynej2608 Thank you! Now I can skip this episode. It's dragging around the 6-minute mark, not to mention the flagrant codependency shown by the killer's comment to the female character @5:57 - "No, you never complain. You just suffer in silence..." *UGH* !!!!! Nothing like that abusive 1950's - 1970''s mentality.

      @@WWZenaDo You're welcome. You may want to give it another go. It actually gets better. May be worth it, even though you now, know how it ends. Lol.
