Fuck man, Aneurysms are freaking assassins man. Brother, I just want to also state don't feel guilty about sharing the grief man. Guys get told to man up, shut up, and not share but screw that.
When you lose family, it's not okay. And it's okay, to not be okay.
I know this is the internet but as someone who also has a lot of empty seats at the dinner table, it's fine that you shared.
It's healthy that you shared and don't feel like because you're a tatted up, crafty, buildy, Dad that you can't talk to people.
Any guy who's going through it, but feels like they can't say anything bc of the bs that like TV or church or movies or stuff say, I just want you to know your buds 10/10 times would rather you tell em than...the alternative.

I feel your pain and I'm truly sorry. Something similar happened to me about 10 years ago. A dear friend died in a car accident. Four days before we'd been playing games and drinking beers For about a week after his passing I just couldn't really acknowledge that he was gone, like my brain refused to accept the truth. Take it easy, heal.

Even now it is hard to think about him being gone, but, as you said, life goes on. My condolences. I went through something similar a couple years back and I know that it is a very painful and difficult time. Dont rush through your feelings. Take everything as it comes and allow yourself the time to grieve. The memories and stories of your friend will allow him to live on as long as you keep him in your heart.

Jeremy, so sorry to hear about the loss of your close friend. A lot of my friends I've had since I was a young child, and I can't imagine losing any of them.
That being said, there's a lot to celebrate here. Firstly, congratulations on transitioning into the retail phase of your Kickstarter! That's amazing. I'm just about to do that myself and I know how much work it is to go through the entirety of the crowd funding process.
