I found similar mini vinyl ziploc bags at Daiso! They came in a set of two, consisting of a smaller (12x6cm) and bigger (12x8.25cm) pouch. They were in the sanrio section and from what I've seen online (mostly via resellers on poshmark), they periodically release new ones with different prints on them.
