    One of the best stretching exercises I have ever tried, thank you!!! Perfectly explained and performed.
    Just an advice ( if it's okay for you ) for a slight improvement furthermore: you are wearing a black kimono on this video, and a background ( the floor ) is black too. So it comes, if you are watching all this on a normal laptop or a PC monitor NOT EXACTLY from the right angle but a little bit sidewards ( which is inevitable if you are doing exercises at the same time ), then the only subjects visible will be your face, fists and feet , I guess it would be much better if you had a white kimono on you or a white background behind you. So far to "improvement wishes", thank you so much for your videos, great work!!!

    I really enjoyed your martial arts video. I would suggest and recommend that have a lighter color floor, because it was hard to make out you leg stretches with your black GI on with a dark floor. But keep the videos coming.

      Don't try to 'go deep'.
      Just stretch a far as you can, these stretches are for a lifetime, not next week.
      I may take years to get his good, just keep at it.

    Do you recommend these stretches for beginners? I am not flexible but I want to get into martial arts.
    Thanks in advance!

    • @MartialFusion
      @MartialFusion  9 років тому +15

      +bluehoodie91 If you listen to your body and do this stretches with moderation, this exercises will help you develop flexibility and will expand your range of motion. Start slow, take time with the exercises and increase little by little as you feel your body to naturally open.

    Thanks and well noticed ...
    But theses stretches are so deeply static ... Means not dynamic
    Do you please recommend them at the end of session ?

    • @MartialFusion
      @MartialFusion  9 років тому +1

      Aboudi Jomaa You can do this stretches at the beginning and at the end of your training. Go slow and easy at the beginning as part of your warm up. At the end of your session is the best time to work on expanding your range of motion by stretching deeper. Always listen to your body.

    Are these exercises enough for the side splits?

    • @MartialFusion
      @MartialFusion  9 років тому +3

      LittleBoxXx x They are the base for hips and legs flexibility. Depending on your condition you will have to add other stretches to help expand the range of motion to be able to do side splits.
