What happened to the willow structure that you made a year ago?

Overall it’s still alive but what I’ve learnt is that having membrane (cardboard or similar) around each stem would have helped a lot, as they have clearly been stunted!
For that reason plus not being able to get there very much (sadly our application to move onto our land is not going so well), has meant I haven’t done an update video.
Trying to stay positive and learn what I can in the mean time using public space and wild fibres with in videos like this one 😊

I love this! I live on the West of Ireland and there is a lot of wild willow around the house. You have definitely inspired me to try weaving with it. I love old fashioned crafts like this. Thank you for a great video.

I live in a city in Portugal right now but hopefully will move to a more rural area in the next few years and will try this then for sure! This sounds really fun and useful too!
