lets go ahead and bring in those contra clarinets, that tubax, the Contraforte join in! Contrabass flute you were supposed to join in earlier! Restart! 1, 2, 1, 2, ready, and!
Ok I really enjoy these videos. As someone who cannot afford a bassoon, much more a sarrusophone. I'm the slightest bit content just listening to you play. Do sarrusophones of old lack some features in new bassoons though?
It's not on my list, no. For instruments as low as this, I just don't think an intermediate instrument between the contrabassoon and subcontrabassoon would add anything.
Just missing the gigarackett, but otherwise perfect
This instrument combo has no right to be as beautiful as it is.
sure it does, Contrabasson and the Sarrusophone are both beautiful instruments that work very well together.

I can't sufficiently explain how much I love this!
Surprisingly, it actually works quite well.
next up: Amazing Grace but with SUBCONTRABASSOON
There’s no such thing.
@@nandocordeiro5853 he’s building it lol
@@BecauseHeLives39 I know. Not built yet and may not be built soon either.
If you’re unfamiliar with the contrabassoon part to Jolivet’s 2nd trumpet concerto, then BOY, you’re missing out
I wasn't familiar with it, but it definitely has an interesting instrumentation. I doubt it will ever come my way, but I'll keep an eye out for it.
The giggle at the end makes it all worthwhile. :)
Is that an E-flat contrabass? It doesn't look as big as some that I've seen. GREAT sound though!
Yes, it's an Eb contrabass.
Dat honk at the end doe
that's beautiful.
Wonderful.
Nice

Will you build the semi-contrabassoon after the subcontrabassoon?
