One-off decision support

Decisions around transitions can be high stakes and lonely. Leaders often have a gut around what makes sense for them but need a sounding board to run their thinking with somebody who doesn't have a vested agenda to help them think through the decision and to ensure that they are framing the problem, the criteria and the trade-offs appropriately.
Leaders often have access to the best advisors when it comes to their company (Strategy Consultants, Investment Bankers, Lawyers, IT Consultants, Branding Agencies etc) but don't get considered advice when it comes to their journey and choices around it.
